1 Welcome to the Sweden International Horse Show November, 2016 We would like to extend a warm welcome to all exhibitors to the third edition of the Sweden International Horse Show at Friends arena. This document contains practical information that we hope you ll find useful before the event. The event website is regularly updated with answers to questions and full of information about this year s new shows, competitions and program. Your exhibition stand On our website there will be a map of the exhibition area with clearly stated stand names and numbers. The number of your exhibition area is stated in the confirmation you have received from Workman. The price of the stand includes carpets and walls. You may order electricity, technical equipment, extra lightning and furniture separately from Workman. Workman Event fast and good to work with You can order everything you could possibly need for your stand direct from our supplier, Workman Event. No request is too big, or too small. They offer everything from graphic production to furniture, from electrical cabling to lighting, as well as cleaning. It is easy to book products and services at Workman s online shop at the link below, where you will also find images and prices on all of their products and services. Wireless network for payment terminals Friends Arena has a special WiFi network that has been specifically adapted for payment terminals and is hidden from the general public. Approximately two weeks ahead of the exhibition you will receive login information for your network. It is important to test your terminals in good time before the exhibition opens, to avoid stress and unnecessary problems. You can order a physical Internet connection to your stand from Workman Event at a cost. Place your orders with Workman Event before 10 th November

2 Please remember to place your orders in good time before the exhibition. The sooner we receive your order the more prepared you will be when you arrive. There is a 30% surcharge for orders received after 10 th November. Exhibitor lounge The exhibition will have an Exhibitor Lounge where exhibitors can relax and purchase something to eat and drink. At the Lounge you will be able to purchase lunch and dinner to a discount. Coffee, snacks, soft drinks, biscuits and buns will also be available. The lounge will be open when you move into the arena. You can pay on spot and you can purchase food vouchers for your staff during the weekend. Food & beverages in the stand Friends Arenas food and beverages partner is responsible for the serving of all food and beverages at your stand, including samplings and tastings. If you would like to order food or beverages for your stand please do so in the Exhibitor Lounge. Space on LED band You can purchase space on the Arena s upper LED tier during the exhibition. This costs SEK 1 500, excluding Swedish VAT. For more information please contact Åsa Ambrus asa.ambrus@workman.se Please book this before the 10 th of November to ensure your space on the LED tier. Space on Media Cube You can purchase space on the Arena s Media Cube in the centre of the Arena. Three of its sides are exposed over the exhibition area. Each of these sides is 65 square metres in size. This package costs SEK for 20 second slots, three times per hour. Please book your Media Cube package at the latest 10 th of November. Please note that this offer does not include sound. For more information please contact Åsa Ambrus asa.ambrus@workman.se Black Friday the 25/11 Friday the 25 th of November gives exhibitors the opportunity to be a part of the Black Friday day with extra good prices for the attending audience. This will be a great opportunity to use any campaigns or other special offers for your products. Parking Please refer to attached map. All exhibitors have the opportunity to park in Friends Arenas Arena garage (see map attached) from the 23 th to 28 th November for a price of SEK 720.

3 Note, the distance in the garage is 2,1 m. from the roof to the floor. If your vehicle is higher than that, we refer your vehicle to the exhibition parking area on Gustav III Boulevard. From the Arena garage you will reach the exhibition by Evenemangsgatan and Råstad Strandväg to gate 3, the entrees for all of the exhibitors. For parking of trolleys please go to Gustav III Boulevard (see map attached). The price for parking at this area from the 23 th to the 28 th November is SEK 350/vehicle. The cost will be put on the bill from Workman and all parking needs to be pre-ordered before 10 th of November from Surveillance After closing time there will be no guards onsite to watch over the area. Remember to take all of your personal and valuable belongings with you when you leave the arena. Note: the surveillance cameras are always turned on. How to find Friends Arena! It will be possible to order a forklift service on-site. However, we recommend ALL of you to bring your own pallet lifter as there are a limited number of lifts available at the arena. We are able to accept goods at the earliest on Monday, 21 rd November and Tuesday 22 th November between 08:00-15:00 but the move in starts Wednesday 23 th kl. 7.00

4 Delivery address below: Exhibitor and stand number Sweden International Horse Show Friends Arena Gate Solna Exhibitor wristband provides accreditation to exhibition Valid accreditation is in form of wristbands and will be issued upon arrival. This is valid for entry to the exhibition area. The exhibitor wristband is not valid for the show area and for the shows. Each exhibitor gets 5 wristband/stand and only staff that works at the stands are allowed to use them. These wristbands are not allowed to hand out to family or relatives to enter the arena. In need of more wristbands, go to gate 3 or the service desk. These bands can only be collected by responsible contact for the stand and that person is also responsible for handing out to new incoming staff. All exhibition staff uses entrance, gate 3 to enter the arena. Each stand is issued with a badge that, in combination with the wristband, provides access to the official s stand. Payment IMPORTANT! The exhibition rental fee and the registration fee have to be paid before the event starts otherwise we will not grant any access to the arena. Luggage office There will be a luggage office for the public to leave all there purchased items. It s located in the ticket office between entrance A and B. Other information It s very important that all exhibitors only use the surface that they have been assigned with. To use the aisles in the exhibition area is strictly prohibited. Observe that cleaning is not included, all cleaning needs to be ordered extra by Workman. IMPORTANT TIMES MOVE IN Wednesday 07:00-21:00 NB!!
