2 1 - General information 1.1 Venue : MINATEC MINATEC 3 parvis Louis Néel 38054, Grenoble cedex 9 FRANCE The Minatec Campus is conveniently located near downtown Grenoble, within walking distance from the train and bus stations. Minatec is also just off the main highways, for easy access from major cities in France and across Europe. Roads: Direct access via the motorway network: From Chambéry-Genève (Motorway 412), take the South rocade (ring road) and follow signs for Lyon by highway. Then take exit 2 (Europole) and follow the Polygone Scientifique signs. From Lyon, Valence and Marseille via motorway 48, take exit 16 and follow signs for the Polygone scientifique Public Transportation: Tram line B Cité Internationale stop Flights: MINATEC is a 50-minutes drive from Lyon Saint-Exupery and 1:30 hours from Geneva-Cointrin airports Access to the exhibition for exhibitors MINATEC Campus is located in a protected area and cars traffic is restricted, unless loading or unloading heavy materials which is the case for an exhibition in MINATEC. There is no exhibitor parking near MINATEC. If you need to access MINATEC restricted area by car for the mounting / dismantling of your booth, you need to fill in the form below. 3DTSV /7 Exhibitor guide

3 Because they will be obliged to enter CEA Grenoble site, each exhibitor using a car have to fill in the enclosed information sheet at least one week before the exhibition opening for European Union residents, three weeks before for non EU residents. 4 Car access map for booth mounting / dismantling: 1.3 Parcels delivery and return Only for less than 100 kg parcels, it is possible to use the following delivery address: Attn D. Molko 3DTSV 2015 CEA/Grenoble Magasin reception 17 avenue des Martyrs Grenoble Cedex France Please do not forget to inform the organizers of the existence of these parcels. All parcels should arrive not later than January 15 th. These parcels will be delivered to the exhibition room on Jan 19 th morning by the handling service of CEA. The name of your company should clearly appear on the packing of your parcels. At the end of the event, parcels will be delivered back to the CEA reception by the handling service of CEA, where they will then be picked up by your own carrier. Parcels should be carefully packed with all information forms (internal CEA form + own carrier form) filled in. Internal CEA form will be provided to the exhibitor. Pick up of your parcel by your own carrier from the CEA reception would be possible starting from 2pm on Jan 22 th. 3DTSV /7 Exhibitor guide

5 2 3D TSV 2015 Exhibition 2.1 Opening hours to public: Monday January 19 th 4.00 PM 8.30 PM Tuesday January 20 th 7.45 AM 6.30 PM Wednesday January 21 st 7.45 AM 5.30 PM 2.2 Arrangement of your booth Monday January 19 th between 12 PM and 3.30 PM. All booths have to be ready on Jan 19 th by 3.30 PM. Welcome coffee of the delegate will be served in the exhibition area, starting at 4 PM. 2.3 Dismantling of your booth Wednesday January 21 st between 4.00 PM and 5.30 PM. Dismantling should not start before 4.00 PM. Dismantling should be completed before 5:30 PM. You have to clear the place of all unused material and documents. Do not forget to order to the shipment back from your usual carrier. It is your responsibility to prepare and fill in the shipment forms. 2.4 Basic booths equipment All booths have a structure of 2.3m height with back walls of 2 m wide and side wall of 1m wide. 6 1 electric distribution 3 spots fixed on the aluminium structure 1 table (1.2 m X 0.6 m) 2 chairs The booths are cleaned daily. Fixing systems It is strictly forbidden to nail or fasten on booth partitions or on ground. We advise you to use for hanging or decorating your booth double-faced adhesive (not supplied). 2.5 Optional furniture: If you need additional furniture, please order them before Wednesday 7 th of January. 7 2.6 Exhibition Floorplan Exhibitor at booth #3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, 19, 20, 27 can ask the organization to remove one of the side walls. This request should be sent to before Wednesday 7 th of January. 2.7 Event registration Pass to the event give access to the exhibition, conferences, roundtable, lunches and breaks, gala dinner and the proceedings. - One free pass will be delivered per exhibiting company. Name of the delegate benefiting from this free pass has been indicated by the exhibitor company when applying for a booth (usually the booth person). - Possibility to register at discounted rate 1 additional delegate from the exhibiting company was offered as well. If this option was used, a 2 nd pass will be delivered to the exhibitor. - All additional participants from any exhibitor need to register online to access the event.
