Note the set-up times and important instructions. Please have someone in your booth during all show hours, adhere to the contract and work your booth until 5pm on Sunday. Show Dates & Place: Friday, March 15 th Sunday, March 17 th ; Arlington Park Racecourse; 2200 W. Euclid Ave.; Arlington Heights, IL Move-In: Thursday, March 14 th 9am-6pm & Friday, March 15 th 9am-12pm Show Hours: Friday: 1pm- 9pm; Saturday: 9am-6pm; Sunday: 10am-5pm Move-Out: Sunday, March 17 th 5pm-10pm Payments: Final payments are due on or before February 4, Call to make final payments. Exhibitor Kit: Visit for all information and forms. Decorator: Indestructo; Furniture is not included for most exhibitors. Non-profits, 501(c)3 status, will receive one 6-foot draped table. You may bring you own furniture or rent them from the decorator. Rental information can be found in the exhibitor kit. Deadline date for discount is: March 1, Limited furniture rental will be available on-site on Thursday from 12-4pm. Electrical: Tower Show Productions; Electric is NOT included but can be ordered for an additional price. Electrical order form is available in the exhibitor kit. Deadline date for discount is: February 22, Electric orders placed during movein must be placed by 12pm on Thursday, March 14 th. No electrical orders will be accepted after that. Wi-Fi Service: Free, no additional charge for wireless Internet connection. Food Permits: If you are handing out any human food samples during the expo you will need to complete a Temporary Food Service & Application Form. 3 Exhibitor Show Badges: You can pick up your badges at the exhibitor will-call desk at the Exhibitor Entrance (east entrance) during move-in and show hours. Once the badges have been distributed, volunteers/workers will need to pay a $5 admission fee to enter. Commercial vendors will have six badges and non-profits will receive twelve badges. Please advise your personnel to turn in badges after each shift so others from your organization or company will not have to pay to enter. Parking Passes: Parking passes can be picked up during set-up at exhibitor will-call, located at the exhibitor entrance. Commercial vendors will receive two (2) parking passes and non-profit organizations will receive four (4) parking passes, per booth. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you wish to have these passes mailed to you beforehand, please jody@towershow.com, to do so. Additional 3-day parking passes can also be ordered in advance or purchased for $18 at the event during set-up. Otherwise, staff will be required to pay $7 for daily parking. Parking: Exhibitors need to enter facility through Wilke Rd. entrance. Overnight Parking/Trailer Parking: If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, you will be required to complete a waiver form or your vehicle will be towed. A waiver form can be picked up at the exhibitor will-call table during move-in. Please park trailers near the rear of the exhibitor parking lot. Move-In/Move-Out: You may access the building through the Grandstand Entrance/ Exhibitor Entrance (east end of the facility). Thursday the use of the Clubhouse Entrance (west end of the facility), or the Apron Level Trackside is permitted. Apron Level does NOT permit oversized box trucks or vehicles with trailers as a safety precaution. Access for standard cars and vans who wish to use the Apron level will be at the east park gate. Arlington Park has the right to refuse entry of any exhibitor vehicle in which they deem unsafe for Apron level trackside. Exhibitors must remove their vehicles immediately after unloading. Breakdown of booth is NOT permitted prior to the show ending. Transporting materials to your booth by cart is only allowed during designated move-in and move-out times. Use of carts will not be allowed 30 minutes prior to opening of event and during show hours. Carts are not allowed on the passenger elevators or on the marble floors. If product needs to be restocked during show hours it must be carried through exhibitor entrance. You must use low adhesive, blue painters tape at this facility. Animals at the Show: Exhibitors may bring pets, however, they must be confined to your booth area and not in the aisle or walked around the event. All animals must have age appropriate vaccinations. Please bring proof of current rabies, distemper shots, no females in heat and only properly socialized animals are allowed. Show management reserves the right to remove any persons or animals from the event. All animals are required to enter in the exhibitor entrance on the east side of building. Relief Areas/Clean-up: Please only use the designated Pet Relief areas located on the southwest and northeast corners of the building.
