As per our understanding 3.1 certification as EN is acceptable for this low pressure PRS skid Kindly confirm our understanding is correct. Scope of work includes design,engineering,manufacture,testing at works,packing,loading,dispatch in well packed condition,unloading at site,storage at site,testing & commissioning of stand alone SPV outdoor lighting system. Kindly confirm that Batteries & Invertors & other safe area mountable devices are All elctrical equipments are to be installed on pole/structure in field need to installed in the control room only. If yes then please provide distance only,nearby DRS skid. Also, these shall copmly with the requirement between control room to field. specified in ITB. Kindly confirm that any civil or required for this system is excluded from our Erection is not included in bidder scope. scope of supply. Battery rating shall be decided on Autonomy as indicated in ITB but minimum 12 V, 75Ah (at C/10 discharge rate). The invertor rating shal be decided on battery and the lighting load connected. 8 LIGHTING FIXTURE Kindly confirm qty required per site. In order to maintain minimum illumination level of 50 lux, the quantity per site shall be decided (minimum 1per site). The successful bidder shall submit lighting calculation to GGL/consultant for review/approval. However GGL/consultant comments, if any, shall be binding. 9 Datasheet PSV Datasheet PSV Kindly provide PSV & CRV datasheet along with set points. Set point of PSV shall be 5.5 to 6 Kg/cm2g 10 EVC Datasheet EVC Datasheet As per our understanding RS 232 is more then sufficient for the functionality as per technical specs. EVC inbuilt RS 232 can be used through serial link and separate optical port is available for configuration. RS 232 port is available by default in EVC (for all make), however, RS 485 is optional and is of high cost. Apart from this No EVC Manufacturer is haveing inbuilt RS 485 port. Inbuilt RS232 port can be converted using additional RS 232 to Rs 485 convertor. However for that 230 VAC OR 24 VDC external power supply will be required at skid. So considering all condition, We can provide RS 232 port. Kindly confirm our RS232/485 All Major Item approved vendors is taking 10 to 12 weeks for the fabrication & 11 Delivery period 10 weeks from date of LOI delivery. After the same one week we require for Integration in our system &. internal testing & one week for the FAT & delivery at site. Please accept 3.1 certification for pressure parts which ensures quality assuarance by ISO certified companies. The 3.1 certification is accepted for DRS supplied to major gas companies like, GAIL, MGL, SGL, GSPC, CUGL, IGL etc. Please note that the 3.2 certification involves more time. The pneumatic leak test is done at 7 barg as a general practice. This phylosophy is used in all DRS supplied to gas companies like, GAIL, MGL, SGL, GSPC, CUGL, IGL etc. Please accept this philosophy. The delivery period is very less. Please allow 16weeks exworks. Please note that 'flow calibration' involves transportation of meter to a european thirtd party lab which is a time consuming activity. Please allow air calibration at atmospheric pressure in manufacturer's lab traceable to international standards. Air calibration is accepted in all DRS supplied to gas companies like, GAIL, MGL, SGL, GSPC, CUGL, IGL etc. Please accept this philosophy. Please note that RTDs are built in to EVC. Thus specifications of RTD must be as per manufacturer's standard. Please accept. Different manufacturers use pt100 or pt1000 RTD. Please note that the SSV is not connected to any control system as per specifications. Thus requirement of limit switch can be eleminated. Please confirm... Flow meter will have to be calibrated with air at atmospheric condition. The calibration will have to be done by any NABL accredited agency authorized to carry out calibration of flow related to gas / air. We wish to inform that EMD is exempted for bidders registered under NSIC. Relevant extracts of NSIC document is herewith attached for your information. Shall appreciate if the EMD is waived for NSIC registered bidders PDIL Reply: NSIC registered firms are exempted from furnishing EMD/Bid Security as per clause 17.9 of Instruction to Bidders Technical: 1. Please clarify whether EN Certification is applicable for all bought out items or 3.1 certification is acceptable. In case of 3.2 certification, delivery for DRSs is requested to be 6 months from date of FOI / PO. With 3.1 certification also 10 weeks delivery at site is too short and request to change this as 14 weeks at least. PDIL Reply :- 2. As the turbine meters are to be provided with EVC, please delete requirement of HF pulser on Turbine meter. It may also please consider that, Battery powered, EVCs are used with LF pulse. For using EVCs with HF pulse, EVC need to be externally powered by external power supply or through external battery, battery charger & solar panel. PDIL Reply:- Input/Output LF/HF pulses will be sent to Electronic Volume Correcting Device complying with EN for measurement of corrected volume of gas supplied. Gas flow meter should be compatible with such EVC Devices. 3. Turbine meter & EVC shall have a continuous monitoring feature for detecting missing blades or bearing problems and to give alarm in such situation. This

7 feature is not possible with EVC. Flow computer would be required for the same. Hence, please delete this feature requirement. PDIL Reply:- RPD with Flow Totalizer & EVC 4. For turbine meter calibration at operating pressure on Natural gas (wet calibration) delivery will be too long and DRS delivery needs to be revised to 6 to 7 months. Hence, please confirm acceptance of six point calibration for turbine meter at atmospheric pressure with air at NABL accredited calibration laboratory. PDIL Reply:- Flow meter will have to be calibrated with air at atmospheric condition. The calibration will have to be done by any NABL accredited agency authorized to carry out calibration of flow related to gas / air. 5. Please confirm acceptability of supply of one no. communication cable for each DRS. PDIL Reply:-. 6. Please confirm acceptability of optical port connection on EVC for connecting portable PC/Laptop and RS232 port for connecting modem. PDIL Reply:- RS232 / 485 acceptable. 7. All the IO cards/ barriers/relays/terminals for EVC shall be installed 25% in excess than the required for future use. This feature is of Flow Computer and is not possible in EVC.
