1 USEA CONVENTION VOLUNTEER REQUESTS DECEMBER 4-8, 2013 Cincinnati, OH Name: Address: Duties of Room Monitors: Assist program speaker or panelist with possible handouts, A/V equipment, room lights and other speaker needs. Count number of program attendees at the beginning of and once again halfway through the program. Report number of attendance to Event Planner- Jennifer Hardwick. Report to the USEA registration desk 15 minutes prior to the start of the program, to get a feel of where the program is being held and ask any questions you might have.
