1 2014 NFHR Educational Forum and Annual Meeting Join us at the NFHR Educational Forum and Annual Meeting on January 18-20, 2014 in Amherst, Massachusetts! Our central theme is the Care and Feeding of Your Equine. The event will be held at the Hadley Farm, The University of Massachusetts-Amherst equine facility. This facility will enable our speakers and clinicians to use real, live horses in their presentations. The Forum will primarily take place on Saturday and Sunday, while the NFHR Annual Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Monday following other activities. 4 Travel Information: For those flying, Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks, CT is served by all major carriers, and is a hub for Southwest, so good flights and reasonable fares are available. Airport shuttle service to the meeting site will be available to Forum participants at a discounted rate. There are other hotels located in the area NFHR Annual Meeting and Education Forum Registration Policies Registrations will not be processed without full payment. You may register by fax, by mail or send funds via PayPal to orders@nfhr.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard,Paypal and checks (personal or business). If paying by check, NFHR will hold your registration until the check has cleared the bank. Checks must be received by Jan 10, A late registration fee of $20 will be charged for on-site registrants. NFHR Members (current as of 1/15/2014) will receive the discounted NFHR rate for registration. Cancellation: Refund requests will be honored, less a cancellation fee of $25 if WRITTEN notice is received by the NFHR by January 15, NO REFUNDS of the meeting fees will be given after January 15, 2011 for a cancellation by the registrant. If NFHR must cancel due to weather conditions or for any other reason, NFHR will issue a full refund of the registration fees paid. However, NFHR assumes no responsibility for additional costs incurred by the registrant (e.g. airfare, hotel fees, etc.) Substitution: NFHR will accept a registration substitution at any time prior to the start of the meeting. Please note that the NFHR will not make refunds or become involved in any financial transactions between registrants substituting. No Shows: Registrants who have enrolled in the meeting and do not attend the program (i.e. a no-show ) will not receive a refund.
