4 3 rd Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere German Open 7 th - 8 th January 2017, Burghausen (Germany) Event Program until 5 th January, see above - Ice Swimming Aqua Sphere World Championships 6 th January Friday all athletes please registrated at IISA and everybody (who swims the 500 m and 1000 m) needs a scan of a medical certificate with results of tests and medical permission for swimming in cold water (less than +5 C) Competition office at the lake open from 7:30-17:00. 7 th January Saturday Late start exact times will be published in due course Registration in on IISA site with a link to German site for full registration and payment Competition office at the lake open from 8:30-16:30. 9:30 11:30 - IISA 1000 m free (only for swimmers who did not qualify for the world championships).
