Our monthly CAM meeting will be held on Saturday, October 7th at 10 AM in the Clubhouse Gathering Room. For this meeting, we will go over topics of concern brought up by residents. Questions and concerns do not need to be ed in prior to the Coffee with CAM. A reminder that speeding throughout the community is strictly prohibited. If you notice vendors or homeowners speeding through the community, it is encouraged to reach out to Management with as much information of the vehicle as possible. From there, Management is able to identify the Vendor/Member and contact them if necessary. In the month of October,Management has scheduled Mulching and Pinestraw for October 16th- 25th. Management has also scheduled the pressure wash of the pool deck, landscape update around the clubhouse, new windscreens have been ordered for the Tennis courts, and Annual Flower Bed change out. Sunny Grove is focused on getting to our normal routines. They are scheduled to complete a community wide weed cleanup, palm tree trimming, and repairing plants that have been uprooted from Hurricane Irma.
