9 Tryouts Requirements: 1. Every player must complete the online registration packet found on the club website: *Need to note which levels the players wants to be considered for: National, Regional, and/or Club during registration. 2. A current & valid USAV membership is required to try out. (link on web site) No athlete will step on court w/o an active USAV membership 3. $50 tryout fee.
10 Tryouts Selection Teams are chosen by the Director of Coaches, Director of HOV Juniors, and the coaches of the team(s). Notification At the conclusion of each tryout day, each player will be given a status card ( Offer, still being considered, or not up to HOV standards ). All athletes with still being considered status after October 1 (U15-U18) or October 22 (U12-U14) will be updated by phone, text, and/or as teams finalize.
11 Acceptance Tryouts EVERYONE is required to pay the non-refundable acceptance fee. Requesting financial assistance does not eliminate &/or exclude the applicant from paying the fee. Payment arrangements for the $ acceptance fee can be made by contacting CVV once a verbal &/or is provided. Phone: info@cvvb.org
