What is Talbot Street? i.e. Heuston Gate, Dame quarter Temple Bar, Dawson Street Station Quarter? Dublin Gateway? Potential/ Repositioning? The aim is to provide a practical plan for improvement of Talbot that the stakeholders and partners such as the Council and Transport Infrastructure providers can work with. While initially prompted by changes to bus stops and footfall, subsequent stakeholder discussions highlighted broader issues for inclusion. The strategy is based on the assets of the street and its businesses, and unearthing qualities and ideas to improve and add greater vitality to the area.
