Design of works on Cornmarket ruled out on option there. 2 options on High Street for either 2 2.0m x 20.0m zone at footpath edge or 2.0m x 20.0m zone beside wall at back of footpath. 29 MERRION SQUARE EAST Site No. 25 Possible extension for parkin g zone 2.0M Start point 2.0m east of park pedestrian entrance- pay and display parking used. 2.0m by 20.0m zone with possibilities for a longer zone. Issue with coal bunkers on opposite side of street. Artists display on railings so may provide a consultation issue. Scale: :500

31 MOLESWORTH STREET Site No. 27 Coal bunker on this side of street. Need to consult with Gardai on crowd assembly - Molesworth street can be used for public gatherings in front of Leinster House- Bike station could be in the way or inaccessible? 2.0m by 20.0m - start point opposite Hotel entrance. 34 PARNELL SQUARE NORTH Site No. 30 On street location. 2m depth and 20m length. Site aligns approximately with west side gable of No. 28 Colaiste Mhuire and the indent to the west of the building. Double row option to be considered for wide part of site. Topgraphical survey to identify trees. Site layout to include spacing between trees. NB Need to ensure adequate space on pedestrian path for access including wheelchairs, existing bicycle and motor cycle parking to be relocated. O Connell Street median may provide an alternative location Site No. 42 Scale: :500

38 PORTOBELLO HOUSE Site No. 34 Granite spheres to be on topographical survey. 3.0m x 20.0m zone to allow sweeping around spheres and bikes. Topographical needs to reflect current plaza layout which is not indicated on O.S. maps. Start point is opposite portico build out on Portobello House, marked... A 3.0m by 20.0m zone set back at least 0.5m from row granite spheres. Very high quality finish required to respect plaza. Scale: :500

39 6.5M SMITHFIELD MEDIAN Site No. 35 B 6.5M A A B Proposed to place a double row in 4 segments with a central ticket machine. Depth of site 6.5m in total from edge of kerb and approximately 20.0m length. Site to occupy space between footpath to the west and small wall around tree planted area to east. Need to ensure that location does not impact on access for road users, pedestrian movement or access to property to the west of location City Architects Section advice to consider Site B. A better location to integrate with upgrade plans 2.0m x 20.0m zone in play and display area. Scale: :500
