1 929 North 4 th Street Mankato, MN info@mankatoleep.org Dietitian Daina Each month stay tuned for Expert Dietitian Daina Van Duynhoven s Column and her recipes for healthy living and tip of the month! Ask her those tough wellness and nutrition questions to help you take charge and improve your life! Exercise and Nutrition It s like peanut butter and jelly Just like the famous sandwich goes you can t lose weight without utilizing both exercise and nutrition. It is said that when focusing on a healthy lifestyle and exercise or weight loss there is a ratio to be followed. This is the 80/20 ratio and has proven to be more effective than any pill, diet plan, or weight loss tool. To explain, 80% of the work is done with nutrition and 20% is done in the form of exercise.
