1 SEVERE WEATHER REMINDER With summer weather well upon us, LEEP would like to remind all participants/ staff/ guardians to always pay attention to the weather. Programs will be held as scheduled if there is a Severe Weather Watch in effect. It will be up to participants/ staff if they would like to attend. In order to not be charged, cancelations must be called in 24 hours prior to the event start time. August 2017 It is LEEP s policy to cancel any and all LEEP programs if a Tornado Warning is in effect. No phone calls will be made to participants/ staff/ guardians, but all participants will be given a refund if the program was canceled prior to the program start. In case of bad weather, please call our Cancellation Line at to confirm whether or not programs are running (voice messages left on this number will not be checked or returned). Participants should call to cancel themselves from programming. Watch: Programs will continue as scheduled. Severe Weather / Tornado Warning: Programs are automatically canceled. As always, staff/ guardians are required to check participants in with LEEP Staff prior to leaving the program. This will help eliminate any confusion and will ensure all participants safety.
