Goofy and Pluto will claim it for you and drop it off in your hotel room later today!). If you did not use the luggage tags, continue to baggage claim and pick up your luggage and then go to the Magical Express Desk. The Magical Express representatives will assist you in finding your bus after you check in with them. Depart for the hotel. If you arrive at the hotel before check-in time, so you should leave your carry-on bags in the luggage room of the hotel. Disney s Port Orleans Riverside Resort Your luggage will most likely arrive in your rooms AFTER you return this evening. Please make sure to have anything you will need for this first day and evening in your carry-on bag. Evening Take Disney transportation to Epcot. 4 DANCERS Meet your teacher at the hotel in full costume. (Location, please check with your teacher). Dancers and Directors - Meet your tour representative and your chartered motor coach in front of the main lobby of the hotel. Disney Performing Arts staff expects you to arrive in costume. Chartered bus departs. P E R F O R M A N C E Waterside Stage located in Disney Springs. After the performance, Dancers and Directors will re-board the bus and have the option to transfer back to the pre-show area to change out of costume. You will then board the bus and transfer to the hotel to drop off your costumes. Return to your hotel on Disney Transportation. Evening Enjoy the day at Disney s Magic Kingdom where you can experience all the Magic of Disney s flagship park. Be sure not to miss the parades on Main Street USA, Buzz Light Year, Pirates of the Caribbean, or Mickey s Philhar-Magic! Return to your hotel on Disney Transportation. Goodnight! Day 3, Friday, April 28, 2017 Morning Afternoon 9:00pm Take Disney Transportation to EPCOT. Please leave early enough to make it on time. Remember, Disney transportation buses can be full. Enter the park through the Princess Breakfast Line at the main turnstiles. Please let the turnstile host know you have a Disney Performing Arts Workshop and are to be admitted in to the park early. Meet your 42 nd Street Tours representative and Disney coordinator near the rope drop between the Norway and China Pavilions. Disney Dancin Workshop (Dancers and Instructors only) Parents can meet dancers near the Cappuccino Cart at the Italy Pavilion. Take Disney transportation to Disney s Hollywood Studios. Here the movies come to life and you can enjoy amazing rides like Toy Story, Tower of Terror, and the all new Star Tours. Watch Mickey Mouse battle the forces of evil in this evening s performance of FANTASMIC! Meet your 42nd Street Tours & Travel representative in the back of the lobby of Disney s Polynesian Village Resort. We will meet as a group here before we check in for your Spirit of Aloha Dinner show. (To get to this resort from your hotel, please board a bus to the Magic Kingdom, and then transfer via the Resort Monorail to Disney s Polynesian Village Resort. (If you did not book this inclusion as part of your tour package, you cannot gain admission with the group.) Experience the sights and sounds of the South Pacific at Disney s Spirit of Aloha dinner show. This luau serves up some of the best Hawaiian food on the mainland and guests will see traditional Hawaiian dancing and performances. After your performance, transfer on the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. Return to your hotel on Disney Transportation. Goodnight! Day 5, Sunday, April 30, :00am Good Morning! Pack up your belongings and report to the hotel s lobby with your luggage. Some airlines participate in Disney s Airline Check-In at your resort. If your airline participates, you can check your bags right in front of your hotel and go enjoy the parks until your Magical Express Shuttle transfer. If your airline does not participate, you can have your bags held in the luggage room until you come back for your Magical Express Shuttle later today at your pre-determined time. Pre-determined times are given to you earlier in the week in an envelope that will be left on your hotel room door by Disney s Magical Express staff (or maybe by Mickey Mouse himself). These envelopes give you instructions for meeting your Magical Express Airport transfer and may even contain a boarding pass (Sometimes Mickey checks folks in for their flights). Please remember to keep EVERYTHING you may need throughout the day with you. If you purchased an extra day on your park hopper, enjoy the park of your choice today. Walt Disney World Resort - Dining Plans for Dance Groups How can I get a Disney Dining Plan for my group? It s never been available before for groups, right? That is absolutely true, The Disney Dining Plans at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida have never been available to groups before, and to a large extent they still aren t. But, 42nd Street Tours & Travel is now able to offer Disney Dining Plans to all Dance Group clients. First, let s talk plans. Quick Service Dining Plan - Includes 2 quick service meals and 1 snack, per person, per night. Also, includes 1 refillable beverage mug per person, per stay (refillable only at the home resort) Disney Dining Plan - Includes 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal and 1 snack per person, per night. Also, includes 1 refillable beverage mug per person, per stay (refillable only at the home resort). Table service includes an entrée, dessert, one non-alcoholic beverage (or buffet).
