Required forms and indoor fee must be mailed in together to: MSYSA/ODP, 9401 General Dr Suite 120, Plymouth, MI Make your check payable to: MSYSA/ODP. In order for players to participate, payment and forms must reach us by the deadline of October 19th. We will not be collecting these items on site. Bring both tryout t-shirts to each session, water and shin guards and soccer shoes and BALL. Coaches will be taking attendance at all sessions, if you can t make a session please your coach.
