3 HOOSIER NATION CODE OF CONDUCT Indiana University is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable gameday experience for all fans. The Hoosier Nation is widely known for its enthsiasm, sportsmanship, and hospitality. As a ticket holder, yo are responsible for how yor actions and/or langage may affect others. All Hoosiers are expected to create a first-class environment for all fans, coaches, players, and officials. The following expectations have been established for all fans to follow: A fan s experience will not be disrpted by nrly fans, threatening or inconsiderate behavior. Profane or absive langage is not allowed. Fans who appear intoxicated will be denied access to Hoosier events. For the safety of all coaches and players, access to the playing area is not permissible withot proper credentials. Anyone throwing objects will be escorted from the facility. Indiana University is prod to be smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited inside or on University property. All fans mst sit in the seat that they have prchased. The Hoosier Nation cheers for the home team, not against the visiting team. Hoosiers are expected to phold these expectations when visiting any other vene. Dring all Hoosier events, the following items are prohibited: Alcohol and tobacco, containers of any kind, radios, noisemakers, video and flash cameras, banners and flags, or weapons of any kind. Shold yo witness any of this behavior or feel threatened in any way, please notify the nearest member of the IU Event Services team or niformed police officer. Fans that violate the gidelines set forth by the Department of Athletics are sbject to being escorted from the facility withot refnd and possible ticket loss for ftre games.

7 TRADITIONS MEMORIAL STADIUM: Memorial Stadim is named in honor of the sons and daghters of Indiana University who have served in the wars of the repblic. The mast of the USS Indiana is a gift of the United States Navy to Indiana University with accompanying armament. It stands as a memorial to the sons and daghters of the state of Indiana who have so gallantly served in the armed forces of or nation. At each home game, fans gather to show their spport for the team as they make their pregame walk to the stadim in preparation for an IU victory. Two hors and 5 mintes prior to kickoff, the team bses will arrive on the west side of Assembly Hall. The Marching Hndred and the cheerleaders will lead the fans in singing Indiana, Or Indiana and Indiana Fight! as the team walks down the steps and throgh the Orange Lot to the stadim. IU ATHLETICS: Indiana University s total intercollegiate athletic program has received national and international acclaim. From its hmble beginnings with baseball in 867, the Hoosier athletic program has grown to inclde over 600 male and female stdent-athletes on 24 varsity teams boasting one of the nation s best overall records. The Hoosiers became a member of the prestigios Big Ten Conference December, 899. Hoosier fans always have a lot to cheer abot, inclding 24 national championship teams, more than 32 individal NCAA titles, and a reptation as one of the top college sports towns in the nation. HAIL TO OLD IU: Words by J.T. Giles. Indiana s official Alma Mater song, Hail to Old IU was first performed on March 0, 893 in Indianapolis. J.T. Giles, who organized the IU glee clb, wrote the words to a Scottish song in order to give the Hoosiers a school song for a performance at a state contest. 9 PARKING POLICIES Indiana University Athletics welcomes stdents, faclty-staff, almni and gests to camps. We want or gests to enjoy the football game day experience in a safe, fn, and family-friendly environment. We encorage everyone to please be respectfl of fellow gests and to abide by or policies. These policies are designed to ensre the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of everyone. If yo need assistance in any way, please contact the nearest parking lot attendant, an Indiana University Police Department officer, or a member of any other law enforcement agency who is assisting in or parking lots. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES: Parking in the Grass Lots soth of 7th Street is restricted to cars, vans, motorcycles, pickp trcks, and sport tility vehicles only. Large trcks, RVs, bses, and other oversized vehicles will not be admitted to the Grass Lots and will be assigned to alternate lots. The instrctions of parking lot attendants are to be followed. Only one space per car is permitted. Erecting canopies directly in front of or behind vehicles will be permitted, as long as traffic is not impeded or additional parking spaces are not taken. Tents and large tarps are not permitted. Trailer grills or other vehicle attachments are not permitted nless they are approved by Indiana University. Coches, large indoor or otdoor frnitre, and large sond systems are not permitted. Kegs are not permitted nless approved by Indiana University. Underage consmption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted nder Indiana State Law. For safety reasons, consmption of all beverages shold be from plastic cps/plastic bottles. Glass bottles are prohibited. These parking lots are reserved for those attending the football game, and patrons who enter these lots are expected to attend the game. Any tailgate activities are expected to conclde by kickoff. Parking lot policies will be strictly enforced by parking lot attendants, Indiana University Police Department personnel, and other law enforcement agencies. These policies are endorsed by: Indiana University Athletics, Indiana University Athletics Committee, Indiana University Dean of Stdents Office, Indiana University Police Department.

10 MEMORIAL STADIUM POLICIES ALCOHOL Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Memorial Stadim. ANIMALS Only certified service animals will be admitted. All other animals are prohibited. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND RECOGNITIONS Individal annoncements or recognitions (i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, etc.) are not permitted at any IU Athletics event withot the written consent of the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. This policy incldes pblic-address annoncements, video/score board recognition, or participation in a potential recognition activity by any grop associated with IU Athletics (i.e., teams, individal stdentathletes and coaches, band, cheerleaders, etc.). ATMs ATMs are located in the north and soth lobbies of Assembly Hall. CAMERAS Still cameras with no flash are permitted and pictres are to be taken from the patron s seat. No photos taken on Indiana University gronds or in Memorial Stadim may be sold or reprodced for commercial prposes. CHILDCARE Strollers are not permitted in Memorial Stadim. Diaper changing facilities are located in the restrooms between Entrances 25 & 26 and 27 & 28 on the East Concorse, and Entrances 5 & 6 and 7 & 8 on the West Concorse. Shold yo and yor child become separated, notify the nearest member of the IU Event Services team or niformed police officer. CONCESSIONS Concessions are available on all concorse levels. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands and select carts; Camps Access is accepted at stands located in the IU stdent section on the East side of the stadim and at Coaches Corner in the North End Zone. CONTAINERS No containers or coolers are permitted in Memorial Stadim. EMERGENCIES Emergency calls shold be directed to the Memorial Stadim Command Center at (82) or IU Police at (82) In the event of a serios emergency or evacation, please follow the directions of members of the IU Event Services team and niformed police officers who are available to assist gests, inclding those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the pblic address system and on stadim scoreboards. FIRST AID First Aid Stations are located behind Entry 9 in the West Stands and behind Entry 2 in the East Stands. Contact the nearest member of the IU Event Services team or niformed police officer if assistance is needed. GAME PROGRAMS Game programs are available for sale inside the stadim concorse areas. 11 MEMORIAL STADIUM POLICIES IU EVENT SERVICES In order to provide an excellent gest service experience, members of the IU Event Services team are pleased to serve the needs of patrons and are located at all entry ways and gates in the stadim. To reqest gest assistance, report a concern, or if yo feel threatened in any way, please notify the nearest member of the IU Event Services team, niformed police officer or send a text message to MYIU (6948). IU VARSITY SHOP (MERCHANDISE) Kiosks are open on the East and West Concorses of Memorial Stadim prior to the game and remain open throghot the event. The IU Varsity Shop is located in the East cort level at Assembly Hall. Normal bsiness hors are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. To contact the IU Varsity Shop, please call (82) or visit IUHoosiers.com and click on Store. KNOTHOLE PARK Knothole Park will be located in the Soth End Zone of Memorial Stadim and will open 90 mintes prior to kickoff. Admission to Knothole Park is free (with game ticket) and will featre games, face tattoos, and ability to interact with other IU varsity sports teams. LOST AND FOUND Any fond items can be trned in to any member of the IU Event Services team. Patrons may claim lost items by calling IU Event Services at (82) LOST PATRONS Lost patrons and those trying to locate them shold contact a member of the IU Event Services team, a niformed police officer, or call IU Police at (82) PROHIBITED ITEMS For yor safety and the enjoyment of others, the following items are not permitted in Memorial Stadim: mbrellas, cans or bottles, banners and signs, noisemakers, radios (withot ear phones), and televisions. Neither lockers nor check-in facilities are available at Memorial Stadim. PROJECTILES For the safety of all patrons, the throwing of objects is prohibited in Memorial Stadim. Patrons throwing objects will be escorted from the stadim. RESTROOMS Restrooms are located throghot the stadim in the concorse areas. Diaper changing facilities are located in the restrooms between Entrances 25 & 26 and 27 & 28 on the East Concorse, and Entrances 5 & 6 and 7 & 8 on the West Concorse. SOLICITATION For the safety and enjoyment of all of or fans, IU Athletics does not permit the resale of tickets, setting p a promotional space and/or distribting banners, booklets, bsiness cards, circlars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials in or arond IU sports venes and adjacent areas controlled by IU Athletics on Event Day. Frthermore, IU Athletics does not permit any person, grop, and/or charity to solicit fans for financial spport or contribtions before, dring, or after IU sports competitions, games and events. STADIUM SEATS Stadim seats may be rented on game day. Stadim seat kiosks are located on the East or West concorses of Memorial Stadim. SECURITY All patrons will be sbject to a search as they enter Memorial Stadim. This is intended to provide a safe and secre environment for everyone attending the game. SMOKING The IU Bloomington camps has a tobacco-free policy that prohibits the se of tobacco on University property. UMBRELLAS Umbrellas may not be carried into or sed in Memorial Stadim. Check-in facilities are not available. WEAPONS Weapons of any type, inclding any item that may be deemed by Indiana University or Event Services as nsafe or a secrity isse, are not permitted.

13 TICKET POLICY TICKETS Every individal, regardless of age, mst have a ticket to be admitted. Tickets shold always be treated like cash. Keep them in a secre place away from direct heat, snlight and moistre. Do not attempt to laminate tickets. Do not bring the entire season ticket booklet to the game; bring the specific event ticket only. Indiana University cannot garantee the athenticity of a ticket not prchased throgh the IU Athletics Ticket Office, IUHoosiers.com or Ticketmaster. Persons holding a conterfeit or stolen ticket may be sbject to prosection according to Indiana State Law. TICKET OFFICE HOURS The Memorial Stadim Ticket Booths open a minimm of two hors prior to game time and are located on both the East and West Concorses. WILL CALL Pblic, IU Players, Recrits and High School Coaches - East Side Pblic and Media - West Booth W3 Visiting Team - West Booth W4 TICKET REPLACEMENT Tickets lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten can be replaced for a $0 per ticket service fee. Tickets will be reprinted for the ticket holder of record only. Ticket Booth W3 and the East Will Call Booth will serve as replacement centers. Replacement tickets may be picked p on the day of the game only. PASS OUT Patrons may leave and re-enter Memorial Stadim. To be eligible to re-enter, everyone mst have their ticket scanned at the designated exit gates on each side of the stadim. ACCESSIBLE SEATING Patrons in wheelchairs mst prchase tickets for the wheelchair accessible area in advance. Patrons sing accessible seating in the East Stands shold enter the stadim throgh Gate E9. Patrons sing accessible seating in the North End Zone shold enter the stadim throgh Gate E2, W4 or North Gate. Wheelchair accessible restroom facilities are located near the seating areas. IU STUDENT TICKETS A valid IU stdent ID mst accompany stdent tickets in order to gain entry to the game. Stdents who have lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets may have their ticket replaced for a $5 service fee. They can pick p their reprinted ticket at an East Side Ticket Booth. SALES FOR UPCOMING GAMES Tickets for pcoming home games will be on sale at all booths ntil the start of the second half and following the game at Ticket Booth W3 on the inside of the West Concorse and the East Ticket Booth. TAILGATE EVENTS AND HOOSIER VILLAGE Football tailgates are set p right otside Memorial Stadim. Enjoy the sights and sonds of the IU Marching Hndred and cheerleaders from yor tailgate. We do all of the work: tickets, tent, tables and chairs, food and beverage and clean p. A wide variety of men options are available-- everything from brats and brgers to chicken and ribs. To plan yor tailgate party, call IU Event Services at (82) Also, make plans to visit Hoosier Village, located on the soth side of the Memorial Stadim concorse. Hoosier Village featres entertainment, food and beverage stations, Kids Zone, live pregame radio show with the IU Football Radio Network, and plenty of Hoosier spirit to get yo fired p for the game.
