Comments: Compared to the previous month, the total export of Atlantic salmon products increased by 11%. The total export volume for uary 211 was down by 13%, compared to uary 21. For the respective months, the total export value increased by 2%. Notes: The indicators above refer to the product specific tables (price and volume) in the report, and not to the export summary table. The figures in the export summary table (next page)are in tonnes WFE (whole fish equivalent) in order to present the total export volume from Chile. Consequently, the figures in the summary table are not directly comparable with the figures presented in other tables in the report. In the export summary table several products may constitude each product category. For an example fresh refers to both fresh gutted salmon, head on and head off. Prices presented for e-trim and c-trim fillets are based on a selection of data where such information can be identified. Page 2 of
