Availability Where unable to accept an invitation to play, members must advise the team captain(s) no later than Thursday evening. Please ensure that your captain knows of your availability at least one week in advance. Players Players should arrive at the Delph or Charborough Road for home games at least 45 minutes before the scheduled start of play. Communication Information regarding cancelled sessions, news information and events will be sent out via the club s twitter or on the website Please follow the twitter account and/or provide an up-to-date address and mobile number to your captain or manager and to the secretary, otherwise you may miss important information. Membership forms are attached to this fixture card. Artificial Surface The club has an artificial surface which may be used for games when weather prevents use of the turf wicket. Players are advised to bring non-spiked shoes in case. Captains will try to inform players where necessary. Not Applicable for Premier League or County 1 Fixtures. Junior Fixtures The artificial surface will be used for all junior fixtures. Please bring non-spiked shoes. 5 YOUTH SECTION Arrangements at the Club for training and membership for 2018 The Club has decided to set the membership fees as follows: 70 per year to include all summer training and match fees, Girls 50 per year. If not an annual member then 5 match fees per player per match and 4 per training session. Players who attend training and play matches regularly will benefit from the annual rate.
