16 Close and insulate engine doors of dredge. Slow the bucket as it is opened, closed, and lowered to minimize the clap against the water. Remove grizzly screen (a strainer-like device) so that noise is lessened when material is dumped on barge.

17 Replace the dredge bucket with a digging bucket that the dredge operator can control more precisely in order to minimize noise Some progress noted. Continuing to address complaints
