2 MEMBERSHIP Wow! What a fantastic year of membership growth at Lake Shore Country Club. We are closing in on 100 new members and families joining our club in One last time in 2017 we would like to welcome all our new members to the Lake Shore Family and thank the current members for bringing us so many great people. This year was not possible without all of our great members getting the word out that Lake Shore is the place to be. In October we had a sold out Children s Halloween Party, a fun filled Adult Halloween Party and record numbers enjoying our Family Bingo Night and Kid s Movie Night. As the Membership Director I m very thankful for our great members that continue to help grow membership. Sign on as a Golf Member in 2017 and pay Social Dues until April 1st 2018 Jr. Golf Membership Annual Golf Membership only $900 available to full time students between the age of 14 & 22 Young Professional Membership Area residents may purchase a Social or Golf Membership and receive ½ off the monthly dues until the age of 36. After age 36 dues will go up 20% each year until you turn 40 years of age. Corporate Dining Membership Available to Company s who wish to utilize our Dining, Catering, Banquet and Meeting Room facilities. Monthly dues are $ and include your choice of two or three dining memberships Corporate Golf Membership Open to Businesses who purchase a minimum of three and a maximum of four memberships (two of which must be golf). Reduced initiation fee, family golf privileges and the ability to transfer one membership per year from one employee to another at no additional cost are some of the highlights. Corporate Business Membership This membership was established for the purpose of allowing individuals who entertain clients on a regular basis, the option to receive a reduced dues structure in exchange for a higher annual food & beverage minimum and an annual guest greens fee minimum. I hope everyone enjoyed this year s tournament schedule as we are already working on the 2018 tournament schedule. As a reminder, scores for rounds played in Pennsylvania between October 31st and April 1st are not acceptable for handicap purposes. Handicap posting will resume April 1, I hope all of you will have the opportunity to vacation somewhere warm and enjoy some golf this winter. In the event you are traveling this winter please feel free to contact the Golf Shop and a member of the professional staff will be happy to assist in securing tee times at other clubs around the country. The Golf Shop operation hours are limited during the winter months so please plan accordingly in the event you need assistance securing a tee time or if you need any equipment stored at The Club. As the 2017 season is coming to a close, I want to personally thank everyone and let you know it is an honor to be your PGA Professional. I look forward to seeing you very soon! This holiday season, please assist the EHCA in helping local families celebrate a Christmas to remember. Often times, a warm blanket, pair of boots or a grocery certificate is needed more than a toy. It is a great feeling to know the members of Lake Shore Country Club were able to help so many families in our Erie community last year. Each family that benefitted from your generosity was overwhelmed with gratitude. Once again, we have asked for the most needy children and adults from EHCA for our Christmas tree. These are working families, with fewer advantages, who live from month to month, pay check to pay check, trying desperately to provide for their families. Please continue to be generous with these families. All the wishes will be hanging on the Christmas tree located in the Grill Room by the hostess stand. Each numbered tag will indicate the Christmas Wish of an individual associated with EHCA. Please take a tag and sign your name on the tablet after the number that corresponds with your tag.
