The Jacksonville native is a former Marine who did a tour in Iraq while stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC before returning to the First Coast in 2003.

Francisco Cabrera and his wife selected Eagle Landing as their new home in 2009. They and their two children are very active users of all the facilities.

I am not a politician & not planning on campaigning. I am a resident who wants to help make our community run smoothly.

Cabrera is an engineer and economist & owns a commodity trading firm doing business throughout the US & Latin America. Richard Townsend and his wife live in Glen Eagles.

A graduate of the FBI National Academy, he s also served on the Jacksonville Police & Fire Pension Advisory Board, both the Fraternal Order of Police & Jacksonville City and Police Federal Credit

Vying for Seat 4 are Francisco Cabrera & Richard Townsend. Chris Payton, a 2 year resident of Eagle Landing, lives in Wild Dunes with his wife & three children. The Jacksonville native is a former Marine who did a tour in Iraq while stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC before returning to the First Coast in He currently works for Citi- Group and spends his free time coaching kids soccer and playing tennis. He is looking forward to serving our great community! Plan on a golf cart/bicycle decoration parade/contest and of course, music, games and fun for the entire family! GOLDEN EAGLES Our 50+ social group is currently enjoying their summer hiatus.
