Each week we will explore a different class including Bodypump, Cycling, Zumba and Teen Boot Camp. $20/Teen for the Month // Grades 9-12 // Guests Welcome $25 // Maximum 20 participants 2 nd Annual Pump & Run Sunday, February 9 Men s Division 1 st wave starts at 7:15am Ladies Division 1 st wave starts at 8:15am NEW! Jr. Division (Ages 10-17) starts at 9:00am This event is for anyone who wants to put their overall fitness to the test. The two main components will be the bench press followed by a 2 mile run/walk on the treadmill. The event will be a staggered start and will consist of age group categories. The Junior division will do push-ups instead of the bench press. This is a scored event. A familiar face will be returning to New Albany Country Club, as Bobby previously spent two summer internships with the team. Since then, Bobby has graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Professional Tennis Management. Bobby has taught tennis in both Michigan and Washington D.C., and he enjoys working with all levels of players looking to have fun and improve their game. Bobby is eager to return to the courts where he started his teaching career, and he will bring passion and excitement along with him to NACC.
