Riding Changes: Race 4: J Kehoe replaced T Wolfgram (explanation accepted) Race 1: 2 YO Handicap 1000m Dubai s Got Talent bounded at the start and was slow away, then had to be shifted out to go forward passing the 250m. Fantastic Fille began very awkwardly and shifted in abruptly, raced greenly in the early stages, then hung out rounding the home turn. Syd Sprinter trainer Mr. P Bloomfield said that the filly would be transferred from his stable. Notwithstanding this advice, Mr. Bloomfield was informed that a warning for poor performance would be placed on the filly s racing record. She Just Said It slow to begin. Race 2: Maiden Plate 1400m Montana Pines - slow to begin. Bring The Joy blundered at the start. Derry Merry raced very fiercely when being restrained to obtain cover during the early stages. Stable representative Mr. J Byrne was reminded of his obligation to inform changes of tactics for any runners he represents by the prescribed time. Trainer Mr. G Woodward, subsequently advised (28/5/18) that the mare would be retired. Such A Hussy began awkwardly.

2 Whitsunday was hampered when crowded between runners passing the 250m. Race 3: 3YO + Maiden Handicap 1250m Rattler hung out rounding the turn at the 1000m, then raced greenly rounding the home turn. Certain Doubt shifted out abruptly at the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Binnacle had to be steadied when momentarily crowded passing the 1000m. Command Presence slow to begin. Whisper Delovely hung out rounding the turn at the 1000m. Lady Serenity dislodged its rider during the parade to the start, galloped off the course and was withdrawn at 1.25pm. Race 5: 3YO + Benchmark 55 Handicap 2050m Our Tickets was hampered and carried wider rounding the turn out of the home straight. Cut The Mustard had to be steadied when crowded momentarily passing the 1600m. Apache Lad took charge of its rider passing the winning post on the first occasion and raced fiercely thereafter. Trainer Mr. C Dixon said that the gelding s preparation would be eased and it would not race for one month. Banri De Hero was hampered and had to be eased when rounding the turn out of the home straight. Race 6: Class 1 Handicap 1400m High Dive was crowded shortly after the start. T Wolfgram, the rider of Hammoon Dancer pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding (AR137a), in that after directing his mount out rounding the home turn, he allowed it to continue to shift into the path of High Dive which was crowded onto It s Relative and had to be checked. T Wolfgram s license to ride in races was suspended for a period to commence 29/5/18 and expire 4/6/18, on which day he may ride. House Wins T Wolfgram, the rider of Hammoon Dancer, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding (AR137a), in that passing the 200m he allowed his mount to shift in whilst riding it along, when insufficiently clear of Kashtan, which when racing greenly was carried in, onto House Wins, which had to be checked and lost ground. Taking into account all the circumstances, including the contributory effect of the racing manners of

4 Kashtan and the proximity of this incident to the one that led to T Wolfgram being suspended in an earlier incident in this race, his license to ride in races was suspended for a period to commence 29/5/18 and expire 9/6/18, on which day he may resume. Race 7: Open Handicap 1600m Trainer Mr. M Mason was fined $200 (LR36A) for failing to withdraw Strictly Concert by the prescribed time. When assessing penalty, it was accepted that Mr. Mason attempted to withdraw the gelding on the stable assist program inside the requirements of the rule and the injury which caused the withdrawal. Comacina hung in when placed under pressure in the home straight. Evangelist slow to begin. Try N Run A Muck pulled hard during the early and middle stages. Image Of Love slow to begin. Race 8: Open Handicap 1000m Hard Romp hung out during the early stages. All Stand began very awkwardly and bounded at the start. Murvate was crowded at the start. Diamond Court was crowded and carried wider near the 900m.
