The running of the 2014 Fist Coast Derby during the 11 th race. b. $500 Pick em Contest at bestbet Jacksonville: Friday evening, February 7 th Patrons will pick the winning greyhound from race 3 10 on the Orange Park races. The 1 st place winner will receive $250, 2 nd place will win $150 and 3 rd place will win $100. c. Nascar/Monster Truck Ticket Giveaway: Saturday, February 8 th Patrons will deposit their losing Orange Park tickets into the large raffle bin for a chance to win Monster Truck and Nascar tickets. Drawings will take place after the 10 th race. d. Valentine s Day Promotion: Friday, February 14 th The first 500 patrons (18 years and older) entering bestbet Orange Park will receive chocolates and a Match Play Coupon. The Match Play Coupon is valid the evening of Saturday, February 15 th. e. Match Play Bounce Back Offer: Saturday, February 15 th Patrons can redeem the Match Play coupon received with chocolates on Friday, February 14 th. f. 4 SECOND CHANCE DRAWING After races 2 10 we will hold the 2 nd chance drawing. Patrons can deposit a losing ORANGE PARK ticket from the evening of Saturday, February 1 st into the drawing bin for a chance to win a $20.00 wagering voucher and other prizes. Entry bin for 2 nd chance drawing should be set up near mutuel line on the first floor. 2 nd chance drawing will take place after the pre-race analysis. Mutuels to provide (9) $20.00 vouchers. Marketing will provide prizes to go along with the vouchers. SPOTLIGHT The spotlight is to be tested prior to the race. Racing RACE - TRACK DRAGGING Track to be dragged following the 10 th race. Sahi Otero RACE - POST TIME Mutuels to set appropriate post time for the 11 th race. Dawn Clark RACE - LIGHTING After track is dragged, lights should be turned off, with spotlight to be used for greyhound introductions. Racing CALL TO POST Announcer to play call to post after being led onto track by Racing Director (spotlight only) Walter Jakowicz, Joe Ross, Announcer

5 RACE - GREYHOUNDS After the call to post occurs, Sahi Otero to have leadouts, dressed in appropriate attire, lead greyhounds onto the track from the Paddock. Patron will report back to Frank when he/she decides which race to place the $50.00 worth of wagers. Mutuels, Announcer, Frank Ashman ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER Announcer will announce the winning name via PA system and TV room to scroll winning name across bottom of monitors. Announcer will direct winning patron to see Frank in the contest area. Manager on Duty to call poker room to announce winner. Winners will have 50 minutes to report to Frank. At the end of the 5 minutes another name will be drawn. On May 14 th we will hold a special competition for the top 3 contestants.. After the 15 th week we will determine the top 10 finishers including ties into the Super handicapping Contest. The top contestants will be invited to a party on May 17 th. Patrons will have their forms turned in by 8:00. They will be asked to make wagers on races The winner will be decided on the person that earns the most money with their bank roll.
