Members DNBK Germany Branch NSD Germany Branch last-update Monday, 19 th of December 2016 Purpose of the event National Seminar under the leadership and responsibility of the Shibucho (=national representative). This seminar has the purpose to share traditional virtues, to deepen the understanding for classical Budo and to establish an opportunity for social and cultural learning. Unique possibility to bring together the european members with other participating and members from abroad. Strengthen the multicultural cooperation between Germany and other countries. Objectives of the event The objectives if this Taikai is to create deeper knowledge of traditional martial arts, next to skills in the chosen field of martial art. 2 Date 07th and 08th of October 2017 Place Bogen, Pestalozzistr. 19, Dreifachturnhalle Veit-Höser-Gymnasium Fees Participating fee for Seminar 45 Euro (under 16: 35 Euro) - 2 days Saturday evening Dinner 25 Euro 35 Euro (under 16: 25 Euro ) - 1 day Stay at Guesthouse everybody has to book his / her stay on own responsibility. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable Finances and operational plan The income out of seminar fees will be used for the seminar. In case of any profit, a part of this will be for the Germany branch, also in case of any loos, this will be compensated by Germany Branch. Insurance and other obligations and conditions such as lodging, transportation and so on Each participant is responsible to cover itself insurance. The Organisation(s) and / or organizers, Sensei, other participants cannot be holding accountable for any cases of injury or any depreciations. By participation this is accepted by everyone. Supply List Every participant has to arrange drinking and eating for his own. Information and Communication PR Complete communication will be done by the official Representative. 2

3 Publication and Recording All matters will be managed by the official Representative. Only selected persons authorized by the Representative are allowed to take pictures and videos. Required release form to attend Each participant has to fill out a registration form which includes -Name, prename, Country, membership number -arriving date... / departure date... -participate in the fields of ( insert type of Budo )... -participation at Dinner -staying at guesthouse (name, arrival / departure date) -request for test / grading Deadline of Registration 20th of September 2017 Registration must be send to Orgateam@bushido-vak.de until 20 th of September 2017 Hotel / guesthouses / stay / Dinner Headquarter hotel (booking only for instructors and only by Orgateam!) Gasthaus Plötz Großlintach 29, Bogen Dinner This will be as a buffet at the headquarter hotel 3

Harai no Gi & Osame no Gi: o Harai no Gi: Kyoshi Wimmer (Iaido), Robert Schötz (Kobudo) o Osame no Gi: Renshi Gerisch (Kobudo), Hanshi Gabert (Karate) Recognitions and Presentations Final marks Special Note: Since 2012 yearly there will be a special seminar. All incoming fees goes for the Deutschen Krebshilfe e.v., "Stiftung KinderKrebshilfe". Also 2017 it should be done in this way. At present we give to this foundation 7722,35 Euro. This seminar is not depending to any membership - everyone can participate. 5
