The awards could be received during the official award ceremony, only by the persons who achieved the result. Other costs (e.g. accommodation, meal, entry fee, etc.) are covered by the participants. The entry fee must be paid in Euro, any other currency won t be accepted. At the finalization of the entry (at the venue) all the participants should have a valid passport and the competitors are obliged to show their passport by the final entry. The distance is about 50km from the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Awarding: 1 st place: cup + medal 2 nd and 3 rd places: medals 4 th -6 th places: diplomas Responsibility: All participants should take part at the event there own risk. These will be signed by the athletes on the weigh-in identify card. On occasion of weigh-in will prepare a general health examine. 4 VII. Hungarian Open Kata 26 th March 2017 (Sunday) Date: The championship will be held at the same place as the shiai championship on the day before, just on the 26th March 2017 (Sunday). Venue: 2440 Százhalombatta, Vasút út 41. Százhalombatta Városi Szabadidő Központ (Százhalombatta City Freetime Center) Százhalombatta is located 25km from the center of Budapest in the direction of southwest. The distance is about 50km from the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Age and Grade: Competitors are to be 17 years of age (or older) on the 26th March 2017 and a minimum of 1 Kyu. Couples may be formed of either 2 males, 2 females, or a male and a female. Kata: Each Kata will be divided in two groups per the age of tori, the champion title will be awarded for both group of age. Organizer keep the right to merge the age categories, if there are not enough (at least 3 couples) participants in any age categories in the same Kata. The awards could be received during the official award ceremony, only by the persons who achieved the result. The following Kata recognised for the championship: Ø Nage-no-kata Ø Katame-no-kata Ø Ju-no-kata Ø Kime-no-kata Ø Kodokan-goshin-jitsu-kata Entry fee at the venue: 35 EUR/person/Kata (70 EUR/couple/Kata) A tori could enter for maximum two Kata. The score system will be based on the Kata European Championship of
