19 A Google User reviewed 7 months ago Overall Excellent Our basement walls were always damp. Even with a dehumidifier we couldn't anything down there for storage. We looked for waterproofing companies on long island and chose Boccia because they've been in the business for over 50 years. And I was so surprised that the quote they gave us was accurate! We were able to affordably waterproof our basement and they finished the job quickly, neatly, and now we can use our basement again! THANK YOU!!!!!! The chore and stress of this is, by far, one of the top homeowner's nightmares. I called Boccia Brothers, who not only assessed the problem with reason but SOLVED it!!! And since then, on ANY given rainy and stormy day, not one ounce of water has ever crept in my basement. Professional, able, organized, neat, reliable are all words that describe this company. I purchased a home near the water and my inspector recommended we water proof the basement as it was very very damp. Boccia Bros came in and waterproofed it, NO MORE dampness. Our crawl space is now perfect and we have actually been able to use it for storage. Highly recommended! The joists were compromised, the wet insulation had to be removed and the entire 1000 sq ft crawl space had to be waterproofed. We hired Boccia to fix the problem. They did an absolutely fabulous job. The price, for the work done, was very fair. The quality of the work was excellent. The people who worked in my 3 1/2 foot high crawl space were neat, courteous and took great pride in their work. The project took about 3-4 weeks to complete. The results transformed my crawl space from a very bad situation into a model for crawl spaces in Island Park. Boccia is just a terrific company. I would certainly be happy to serve as a reference for future potential customers.
