1 Fall Rally East October 27, 2018 Dear TOPS Family, Mark your calendar for this year s Fall Rally. Lakeland Community College Performing Arts Center Route 306 and I-90 in Kirtland, Ohio Registration at 9:00 AM. Program will begin at 10:00 AM. We will have two sessions. We will break after the first session and return by 1:00 PM for session two. The Atrium cafeteria will be open for those wanting to purchase their lunch or you can brown bag. Choice is yours. Please check all forms for deadline date. Creative Hat and Fall Decorations will register day of Rally. Leader or representative can pick up the chapter envelope. Please list only members that are attending on the contest forms. 6 Form # 4 Creative Hat Contest Dr. Seuss loved stories about hats. The Cat In The Hat, The 500 Hats Of Bartholomew Cubbins. His was a world of imagination and fun. Here is your opportunity to be just as imaginative as Dr. Seuss. Join the parade of Hats at Fall Rally. Big, small, pretty, funny or all of them. Must be an original design. Any TOPS member can enter. Register at Fall Rally and receive your contest number. Let s have some fun.

7 Form # 5 Chapter Fall Decoration Contest Every chapter has a member who is creative when it comes to making table Decorations or Wall Hangings. Create something special that a fellow TOPS member would be proud to display if they won it in the Raffle. There will be two categories: Wall Decoration (wreaths etc.) Table Decoration. Prizes will be awarded in both categories. One entry per member. Choose which category is your specialty. Member must register their entry the day of Rally. Tell us which category. You will be given a contest number. Each chapter attending Rally should be represented. We all have a crafty person in our chapter. Please register early. All entries in this contest are for the Chinese Auction Raffle. Thank you.

8 Is there a Special Someone in your chapter who: Chapter Angel East Form # 6 Calls you when you are down? Cares when you are having a bad day? Guides you when you don t know how? Picks you up when you are in a rut? Writes when you need encouragement? Applauds you when you deserve some praise? Inspires you when you need it most? In other words, is there a Special Someone in your chapter who has made your TOPS world a whole lot brighter? Each chapter attending Rally is encouraged to name its own Chapter Angel. The Deadline date is 9/29/18. Postmarked no later than 10/6/ Fill out this form and place in envelope with the following: 2. Vote by secret ballot. (Consider all members, not just those attending Rally) Write both first and last name on the ballots. 3. Place all ballots in the envelope (Do not count or peek) and send them to the chairman.
