Doors to The Starfire Room will open at 9:00am.. Festivities in The Land of OZ will begin at 10:00am. Lots of time to find your table, buy basket-raffle and tickets. And since The Wicked Witch is dead you will enjoy a name tag contest, table centerpiece contest and theme-dressed participant contest, The Wizard will help with the recognition of KOPS alumni, Summer Best Losers, Men in TOPS, Baggy Clothes, Teens in TOPS, State Royalty Young-At-Heart Tops, State Division winners, Century Medallion winners, Weight Loss Challenge winners, and Chapter No Gain Weeks:. And Yes, my pretties, you Munchkins will have a Sit-down, served LUNCH in Emerald City: House Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter, Choice of Marinated Chicken OR Pasta Primavera with Red Sauce, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, Beverage service and Pie. All of the above for a mere $32.00 per person. You can barely buy a bunch of poppies for that amount not to mention courage, a heart or a brain. Meal REGISTRATION FORMS and registration forms for all other events are on the pages that follow. ALL SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME. LEADERS: Printing a copy of THIS page for each of your members would be very helpful to them. Go on to next page..

2 Page 2 of 12 Event Notes Attention Chapter Leaders: Please encourage your TOPS and KOPS members to participate in as many events as possible. That will make the day that much more interesting and fun for all and will make The Wizard happy also! Please submit the appropriate Event Forms at the same time as submitting the General Registration form so that we may have adequate time to prepare cards and script entries. Thank you for your help and cooperation. There will be chances for Raffle Baskets and a raffle. We are asking that all chapters provide name tags for those attending Rally in your chapter. We will also have a name tag contest this year so please bring one name tag without your chapter # or name on the front for judging. Please write both of those items ON THE BACK of 1 name tag to be used for posting on the bulletin board. Name tags not following these guidelines will be disqualified. We will have a centerpiece contest. Please bring a Wizard of OZ theme centerpiece. Use your creativity. There will be judging for Individual & Chapter Wizard of OZ theme-costumed and / or headwear participants. (Dorothy, Toto, Wizard, Tinman, Scarecrow, Lion, Glinda, Wicked Witch, Munchkin, Flying Monkey, Poppy, Auntie Em, Farmhand, etc.) Join the Baggy Clothes Parade. 3 Page 3 of 12 Rally Day 2015 Registration Form TOPS..The Wonderful Wizard of Weight Loss Saturday, October 24, 2015 Please notify attendees that doors to the STARFIRE Room at The Owego Treadway Inn will open at 9:00am for the 10:00am start of the event. Seating will be available in The Waiting Area near the Starfire Room for early arrivals. In order to allow sufficient room for servers and remain within fire code, tables designed for 8 people will seat a maximum of 8 people. Tables designed for 10 people will seat a maximum of 10 people. The DEADLINE DATE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS is Friday, September 26, Registrations received by Friday, September 18 will be put into a lottery and seated as they are drawn. This gives all earlybirds an equal opportunity for prime seating. Registrations received between Saturday, September 19 and Friday September 26 will be seated in the order in which they are received. Registrations received AFTER the Deadline will be seated at the discretion of the host area captain. Registration is $32.00 per person. (Covers room rental, sit-down lunch, awards, certificates, charms, sound etc.. Complete fee must be paid for any portion of the day attended. There will be 2 recognitions from each chapter: Summer Best Loser in Division 1 through 8 and Division 9. Chapter Best Loser and Overall Best Loser will receive special recognition.
