For example, if game played at Hampton Roads Soccer Plex (2276 Recreation Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23456), which according to google maps is 154 miles (or 308 miles round trip), the coach would be reimbursed $92.40 (308 * $0.30). Meals reimbursement would be $25 a day and $10 for day of travel to the event. In addition to the mileage to and from the tournament, if a coach is traveling to different fields more than 20 miles apart during the tournament weekend, the coach will be reimbursed for that mileage as well. All payments should be made through the team account. Manager Travel expenses reimbursed for: One night hotel reimbursement for going up night before tournament for registraion. Hotel reimbursement would be team hotel or $100 for the night, whichever is greater. No mileage or meals will be reimbursed to the team manager.
