Ticket History Historical season tickets and single ticket sales for the past three years were broken out by sales channel for Mullins Center Events however Athletics Ticket Sales are bundled into one number. Can you please provide the number of single tickets sold via the internet for UMass Athletic Events in FY14, FY15 and FY16 YTD? A1. Hardware Requirements Under Section 4.5A, your current Hardware Requirements are listed however with UMass Football having the option to host all regular season football games at McGuirk Alumni Stadium starting in 2017 what type of hardware would be required to outfit the stadium from a ticketing (ticket printers, etc.) and access management (# of access points, ticket scanners, etc.) perspective? A2. We are not requesting computers or printers for the ticket booths at the stadium at this time due to physical issues that are being worked on. For now we will have an office there without permanent hardware in place until the issues are addressed. Please note that we need scanners that can function in off-line mode ones that will work outside of the range of the access server which can validate all barcodes that were active at the time the scanner went out of range. Q3. Outlet Centers How many Outlet Centers does the Mullins Center and UMass Athletics currently utilize? A3. This is changing daily with most outlets closed by the end of year see link below which is updated with the open outlets: Q4. Credit Card Charges Can The Mullins Center share a their distribution of charges by credit card type and total amount of charges by card type for the period December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016 (or equivalent recent contiguous twelve month period)? The University requires vendors to share information on where data is held so security issues can be addressed if needed.

5 Q6. According to the directions within the RFP on page 3, we are directed to submit the RFP electronically directly to you. However, I was just on your procurement page to ensure I didn t miss any addendums and the directions state the RFP must be submitted via Bid Express. Is it possible for you to clarify? A6. Normally all University issued RFB s need to be submitted electronically thru BidExpress. This is an exception because this is a bid released by the University for the Mullins Center that Spectra Venue Management is contracted to the University to manage. Please follow the instructions in the RFB and submit all responses directly to Brian Caputo, General Manager of the Mullins Center. END OF ADDENDUM #1
