The Mavericks became the first team ever to go to overtime in four straight regular-season home games (/5-/20/6). What s more, only one other team since had four straight home games (regular season or playoffs) decided in overtime. The Mavericks had their last two regular-season games and their first two playoff games go to overtime. Williams caught the ball in the corner with 2.3 seconds left (he received the inbounds pass from Devin Harris), pump-faked to let Sacramento s Rudy Gay fly by, then buried the triple for the win. Williams 3- pointer against Sacramento marked his seventh game-winning field goal in the final 0 seconds of a game (first since 4/5/ vs. Minnesota), but it was his first career buzzer-beater.
