2 ABOUT THE TETON COUNTY FAIR HOW THE WEST WAS FUN July 20-29, 2018 MISSION To produce an exceptional fair while promoting Jackson s western heritage; uniting urban and rural communities in celebration. VISION To actively engage in the pursuit and promotion of our rural and agricultural heritage, from neighborhood back yards to family farms and local businesses. It provides the possibility to participate in a long standing Jackson Hole tradition. The Teton County Fair draws one of the largest cross sections of the community, from cowboys to athletes, multi-generation families to seasonal employees, politicians to second home owners, the fair is a celebration of our community. Fair attendees feel a strong connection to Jackson Hole, its heritage and its lifestyle. Sponsors will have the opportunity to build on these connections with all who attend.

3 2018 NIGHT EVENTS WEDNESDAY JULY 25, 2018 Free Concert with Robert Earl Keen Grassy Arena Guests: Cost: FREE Since 2016 the Teton County Fair has kicked off with a free concert, as a way of saying thanks to the community. This year the Teton county Fair Board is pleased to bring Robert Earl Keen to Jackson Hole. With three-decades on from the release of his debut album, with well over a dozen other records to his name, thousands of shows under his belt and still no end in sight to the road ahead Keen has blazed a peer, critic, and fan-lauded trail that s earned him living-legend status in the Americana music world. Keen is a veritable household name in Texas, headlining a millennial New Year s Eve celebration in Austin that drew an estimated 200,000 people. Keen has continued to write, record, and tour across the nation. In 2012, he was inducted into the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame along with the late, great Van Zandt and his old college buddy, Lyle Lovett. THURSDAY JULY 26, 2018 PIG WRESTLING Arena Guests: Cost $15 Adults, $10 Kids A family favorite. Watch teams of four attempt to capture a pig and place in a barrel! This is a test of brains and brawn while trying to beat the clock.

This event saw a mix of families and athletes from the Teton County area.

4 2018 NIGHT EVENTS Friday July 27, 2018 Ninja Warrior Arena Guests: Cost: 2018 marks the 2nd annual Ninja Warrior event. Last year s event was a hit, and we expect 2018 to build off of 2017 s momentum with a larger course, bigger crowd and more competittors. This event saw a mix of families and athletes from the Teton County area. Saturday July 28, 2018 TETON COUNTY FAIR RODEO Location: Arena Guests: Cost $ Adults, $10 Kids The rodeo has been a long standing event of the Teton County Fair. Local cowboys and cowgirls compete for the many buckles awarded. This event not only draws a strong local crowd but many of the area s hotel guests and dude ranches.

This unique motorsport is a testiment of strict attention to detail and timing to successfully navigate the course. Cars snake around two circles, clockwise around one and counterclockwise around the other, crossing paths twice every lap in a lawless intersection. Don t miss our popular Kiddie Heat intermission show! Watch the youngest of competitors competition around their own 8 track between heats!
