We feel Tangle is one of the most complete black, red carriers today. We share ownership in Tangle with Westman's. The old boy breeds three seasons a year between both operations. Tangle's daughters are proving their worth; they are great producing females with a big percentage of the bulls in this year's sale being out Tangle daughters. He is an udder corrector. The few Tangle daughters we have sold through the Checkers sale have averaged $11,000. With a bred heifer this year going to Ashworth Farm and Ranching selling for $25,000. Tangle's EPDs are also stacking up well. He is in the top 5% in the breed for weaning weight, top 1% for yearling weight, top 2% for both maternal calving ease and scrotal measurement.
