We have kept to our commitment to raise no nonsense, hard-working bulls, that will work well in your cattle programs. hrough out the catalog, we have made note of the Pathfinder ows. leven dams have been awarded this honor, along with 24 grand dams. Five of the lots have the distinction of having their dams and grand dams being Pathfinder ows. he Pathfinder program is designed by the American Angus Association, to reward the cows that have met the rigid requirements of early calving and regularity of calving. Last winter we took a pen of 40 steers, sired by our clean-up bulls, to North Platte Feeders, to be fed out. he steers went into the feedlot on , with an average weight of 1007 lbs. he steers were marketed on , weighing an average of 1406 Ibs. he pen of steers sold for $80.00 W, with a yield of 68.4%. 80% of the steers graded choice and 20% select. his past fall, three Kraye Angus bull customers topped the market, with their calves, at sales, at the North Platte Livestock Auction. Featured in this year's sale are 23 sons of B/R New Frontier 095. New Frontier stands out as the performance leader among the 036 sons. He is the only 036 son who is above.85 accuracy for birth and weaning weight, with a below breed average birth PD, while still being among the top 1% for milk, 2% for scrotal, 4% for IF and 15% for RA. For the past three years, New Frontier 095 has been one of the most widely used sires. Also featured in this sale offering are eight outstanding sons of New Design continues to set records, due to customer satisfaction. He has proven to be one of the most consistent bulls in the industry, siring thick topped, attractive calves, with complete performance profiles. 15 sons of Vermilion Dateline 7078, are included in the sale. hese bulls have what it takes to perform and excel, carrying on the traits of their sire, with substance, muscle and length.
