In the Charolais breed the Fred Ranch raised an ET bull that was a potential breeder for 10 years who sired a son in 2008 that was raised by a South Dakota seed stalk breeder that was the top weaning and yearling sire in the fall 2012 and spring 2013 sire summary. This bull showed negative birth weight EPD- very unusual of the bulls in the summary. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. Please notify us as soon as possible when an injury occurs and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided. If not, credit for the amount of the puchase less the salvage value and repeat buyer discount will be given in next year s bull sale. Credit for one animal can only be applied to one replacement. This guarantee does not include death loss. Retained Interest in Bulls: Fred Ranch retain 1/2 revenue sharing semen interest in all bulls selling. The buyer has full possession and 100% of the salvage value of the bull. any of these bulls have the individual performance, pedigree, EPDs and carcass merit to develop into elite sires. However, Herd Health And Nutrition: All the bulls have been on a complete vaccination program. They have been given Alpha 7 at birth, Vision 7 and Express 5 at branding. At weaning they were given Nasolgen, Pyramid 5, Presponse, Vision 7 and Somnis. They have been dewormed and poured at weaning, and poured again the end of January. Dr. Brett Andrews, DV. Burwell, NE, is in charge of semen evaluation and scrotal measurements. These bulls are functional, sound, easy fleshing bulls with depth and capacity that show natural muscling and a lot of growth potential given weight per day of age.
