The DAV 5K raises funds to ensure our injured heroes are not alone on their road to recovery. By participating, you will honor the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms and help raise funds so DAV can continue to empower our heroes and their families to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity. The DAV 5K is an excellent way to bring communities together to thank the veteran population. It allows us to educate the public on the services that DAV provides, as well as thank our neighbors for their support of DAV, which helps us fund the free programs we provide to injured and ill veterans, their families and survivors. By participating in this great event, you are supporting our nation s heroes.
