Riverside County Fire Department Reserves must fill out a 48.14V form. All forms must be approved by your Battalion Chiefs. Location: Ben Clark Training Center Bundy Ave CLASSROOM: B Riverside CA (rooms may be subject to change) Registration: Registration will NOT be taken by PHONE. Only checks or money orders are accepted made payable to RIVERSIDE COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT. Please do NOT send cash. Payment is required with enrollment form to secure a place in the class. If the class is full, your check will be shredded or returned to you. Questions may be directed to the class coordinator.. It is the student's responsibility to maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance. Some courses may require the wearing of uniforms or special attire. Course coordinators and/or course announcements may specify either a style or type of dress for a specific course. Acceptable dress includes: Issued Department Uniform. For Males: Casual business slacks and a shirt with a collar. For Female: Casual business slacks or business dress and shirt/blouse with collar. Unacceptable dress includes: T-Shirts Flip Flops Cutoffs Shorts Hats Tank or Halter tops Any shirt/blouse without a collar including t-shirts, tank tops, or halter tops. Clothing which is inappropriately worn, stained, soiled or unpressed. Clothing or decoration which expresses a political opinion, or expresses an attitude or opinion contrary to the public safety codes of ethics. Students may not wear a hat inside any facility except as specifically required by the course they are attending.
