2 LKAL Little Kids Active Learners 3/4 2018/19 Age: 3Y - 4Y Our active-adventure preschool provides a safe and nurturing environment where children participate in arts and crafts, swimming, age appropriate fitness programs, regular gym activities, and interactive learning. Our active play-based approach to learning with qualified and compassionate teacher s yields incredible individualized experiences that uplift the physical, social, and educational wellbeing of each child. After successful DEPOSIT registration click on the forms that are to be returned. Complete all forms: Child Registration Package, Lead Form (optional), Include Two recent head shot photographs of your child, copy of Library Card, and Monthly Payment Plan Agreement, if you wish to go on the payment plan. Completed forms are to be returned to Ms. Monica, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or at an alternate scheduled time. Payment must be made either in full or by setting up a payment plan to secure your spot. A $75 non refundable Deposit fee is required as well as a $25 non-refundable administration fee if you choose the Monthly Payment Plan Agreement. For registrants to receive the 15% program discount, they must maintain a current, eligible Vivo pass throughout the program period.
