5 BUYER S INFORMATION BJD STATUS: All Herds JBAS-8 eligible for entry into BJD protected zones including the NT. All sale bulls were tested and confirmed that they are not Persistently Infected (PI) with Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Virus (BVDV), sometimes referred to as Bovine Pestivirus or Mucosal Disease. INSPECTION: All cattle will be available for inspection by arrangement with Vendors or at venue on Thursday, 14th after 2pm, or from 9am on sale day at venue. LUNCHEON: Will be available on the property. HEALTH: All Vendors cattle have been Pesti. Vibrio & Ultra Vac 7 in one vaccination. Have been Semen tested. Vet Checked. Eye muscle scanned and ear notch test for Pesti Virus. INTERSTATE PURCHASES: The Vendors agree to hold any stock for Interstate buyers awaiting delivery. BUYING ORDERS: The Auctioneers Stud Stock staff are well acquainted with the cattle. Buying orders will be diligently executed by officers experienced in Stud Beef Cattle practice and selection. INSURANCE: Can be arranged for transit risk and/or periods up to 12 months cover. REBATE: Rebate of 3% to be paid to outside agents giving notice in writing 24 hours prior to sale. Agent must be in attendance at the sale. All rebates paid will be at the vendors discretion. Freight Rebate Interstate and Pastoral clients freight rebate to be negotiated with the vendors prior to the sale. CONDITIONS OF SALE: As will be displayed at the Sale. 7 WALMONA SIRES Waco Yunus (P) Yunus was purchased in 2010 for his fantastic temperament, growth and structural correctness. Over the years, he has produced prize winning progeny and a large number of stud females that have been retained in our herd. We have also sold a number of bulls sired by Yunus, with a large portion of those being polled. This year will be the last opportunity to purchase sons of Waco Yunus (P). Walmona United 1407 (PS) United was retained as a stud sire and used over heifers from the beginning. His growth for age, excellent muscling and structural correctness were critical factors in our decision to use this bull ourselves. Over the years, he has produced cattle with great carcase attributes, structural correctness and tidy underlines combined with breed character. Yarrawonga J1308 (PS) J1308 was purchased in 2015 for his incredible muscling, structural correctness and breed character/tropical skin. We have been extremely pleased with the muscling of his progeny and their fantastic coats, as well as small birth weights, combined with fast, early growth. Yarrawonga Executive K274 (P) Executive was purchased in 2016 for is exceptional EMA of 151cm, growth for age, and overall balance. The first of his progeny will be on offer this year and we are pleased with how they are progressing. So far, they have displayed fantastic growth, good temperament and overall structural soundness and balance. 6

8 FUTURE SIRES Waco Morris M192 (P) Morris was purchased in 2017 for his fantastic muscling, temperament and overall structural correctness. We saw his first drop of calves in 2018 and are very pleased with how they are growing and developing at the moment. They are well muscled, inquisitive, and have good growth for age. The first of his sons will be on offer at our bull sale in Walmona Xachary 1711 (P) Walmona Xachary was kept for his softness, good muscling, great coat type, and fantastic growth for age, as well as his quiet temperament. In 2018, he received Reserve Senior Champion bull at the Royal Adelaide Show and weighed in at 1105kg, with an EMA of 130cm. He is currently with the heifer mob and we hope to see some good calves on the ground later in Yarrawonga N264 (PS) N264 was purchased at the 2018 Yarrawonga Waco Sale. His carcase appeal, structural correctness, and exceptionally tidy sheath, while displaying very good breed character, is what caught our eye, and we are very excited to see what type of calves he produces in
