1 Season Malibu Series Tournament Entry Contacts and Instructions Dear Skier, The NSW Malibu Series entry form for the season is now available on the AWWF web site. First click on the Tournament Skiing square icon, then click on Entry/Registration (located in the orange bar along the top). Please refer to the below Entry Instructions, Tournament Calendar and/or Malibu Series Poster for the nine event stops and dates. Entries are not permitted until the listed opening time/date, which is 9am on a Monday, 4 weeks prior to each event (see opening times/dates below). Any entries received prior to these times/dates (via , post or otherwise) are not valid. Entries will close 5pm on the Friday, 2 weeks prior to each event, or earlier if/when capacity of the event is full. Entries are not completed until payment is made in advance. Tournament Directors will keep a stand-by list, from which spots may be offered if there is an unforeseen cancellation. If injury or other circumstances prevent you attending, you must contact the Tournament Director so a person on the wait this can be offered your position. You do not automatically receive a refund unless your spot is filled by somebody on the stand-by list. There is ever expanding interest in the Malibu Series. Events have filled to capacity very quickly. The above entry rules offer a fair and equal chance for everyone to enter each round individually. It is critical you diarise opening dates if you don t want to miss out. To make a valid tournament entry you must: Be a current member of the AWWF having signed the waiver; Submit an entry form; Pay the entry fee; Enter no sooner than the time/date listed for entry and before the cut off time/date, or prior to the number set by the host site is reached, whichever comes first; Nominate to assist in running the tournament. 2 ROUND 1: Goondiwindi Water Ski Association Tournament Division - Entry Details and Payment Options Tournament Date 27&28 September 2014 Entries Open 9am Monday 1 September 2014 Entries Close 5pm Friday 12 September 2014 (or sooner if capacity filled) There is some uncertainty of the tournament running due to water levels please don't send payment with entry. You will be notified closer to the date to confirm your placement and request payment. You have to enter off Harwood Road. Use the whereis link above and it will take you to the gateway of the property. Nearest town with best facilities is Deniliquin. Other towns nearby include Finley and Jerilderie.
