2 Objec&ves, Strategies and Goals for RAGE compe&&ve soccer: Objec'ves are the ends (results) they define what you want to achieve. They are broad, non-specific statements,?meless, and externally focused. Strategies are the means to and end they define how you get there. Goals are specific statements and measures of the results to be achieved. Generally, they are mileposts of a specific strategy, and near term in focus.

3 OBJECTIVE: Develop an ac?ve alumni organiza?on that is suppor?ve to compe??ve soccer STRATEGY: Develop and maintain a mass mailing list of financial supporters and update them regularly regarding the status of compe??ve program and players GOAL: By December 2018 develop a distribu?on list of alumni and important supporters (Board to work with Staff to create list) Need to work on it this with BOD Goal was by 2015

4 OBJECTIVE: Create an injury preven?on program and improve athle?c performance STRATEGY: Implement comprehensive on-site sport performance training designed for the athlete. GOAL: By July 2017 hire a full-?me athle?c performance trainer and begin program (trial basis in ) Great progress toward our main goals We have Athle?cs Trainer for both Rage showcases we Have Athle?cs Trainer for Ecnl games 100% completed Baseline tes?ng

5 OBJECTIVE: Prepare players for par?cipa?on in the next level of programs (District, State, Regional, Na?onal, id2, high school and college) STRATEGY: Develop age and posi?on specific training and development expecta?ons for the team and player GOAL: By 2016 establish and implement posi?on specific training for U15 and up age groups. We did a test run on this specific strategy twice last season went very well Challenges is the coordina?on of schedules with staff and coaches and families ideally is to add a training sessions to our schedule

6 OBJECTIVE: Communicate more effec?vely the player development process STRATEGIES: Communicate curriculum outline (per age group) for the season/year (early in season) GOAL(S): By beginning of 2015 season (July 2015) have early touch-base mee?ng with player/parent and communicate the expecta?on of age specific curriculum By 2015 re-instate panel discussion(s) (per age group) Our communica?on per age group did improve, s?ll finding the way to set up touch-base mee?ng Need to review this topic along with our general parents mee?ng

7 OBJECTIVE: Have infrastructure in place to maintain Premier teams at every age group from U9-U18 STRATEGY: Separate age groups by grade rather than birth date GOAL: By 2025 all RAGE teams should be grade pure Us soccer mandatory birth years change for all age group,we are in full compliance and we are only few club we make the change 1 year in advance

8 OBJECTIVE: Create a rela?onship with BUSC STRATEGY: Use PYSL umbrella to influence city Create a fair and effec?ve way for both clubs to work together GOALS: By 2018 create a PYSL commidee to work on indoor training facili?es Begin recrea?onal coaching educa?on by 2018(both clubs together)

9 February 2015 OBJECTIVE: Implement Match Analysis STRATEGY: Provide and in depth analysis of games in order to beder prepare our coaches, players and teams to achieve op?mal performance GOAL: By 2016 have a professional videographer in charge of video taping RAGE games started the program this summer A total of 81 games will be filmed

10 February 2015 OBJECTIVE: Provide College Advisory to compe??ve players STRATEGY: Establish rela?onships with members and their families to beder educate them on club expecta?ons, philosophies and procedures in the college recruitment and selec?on process Build partnerships with collegiate coaches from smaller division 1 schools as well as division 2, 3, NAIA and junior colleges Develop new events and programs for players and teams from the U14 through U18 age groups GOALS: By Dec 2017 create electronic data base for all compe??ve players from U14-U18 By spring of 2016 incorporate alterna?ve signing event for those not able to par?cipate in the na?onal signing day Philippe /walter/darin Partner with I soccer path completed Rageshowcase 300 adended

11 February 2015 OBJECTIVE: Establish a rela?onship with a sister club STRATEGY: Create a dialogue with an underprivileged club (preferably female) GOALS: By 2020 teams par?cipate in College Showcase, sponsored by the club, hosted by families Send all old uniforms, bags, equipment, etc. to sister club Create an exchange program with sister club Walter project in progress First Travel November to Paraguay

12 February 2015 OBJECTIVE: Provide addi?onal training for our top players STRATEGY: Challenge the beder players to become even beder GOALS: By 2016 establish a list of poten?al top players in our club from U14- U18 Invite players iden?fied above to special training sessions created by staff Main goals wasn t done due to conflicts schedules with coaches and staff and poten?ally adding a training session Top players are iden?fied by staff and send me the recommenda?ons For NTC/ODP/PDP/ID2 PROGRAMS

13 OBJECTIVE: Coaching Educa?on for recrea?onal coaches STRATEGY: Create opportuni?es throughout the season for recrea?onal coaches to work with Rage Staff GOALS: By beginning of 2016 begin to educate coaches on Rage philosophy and player development Opportunity for recrea?onal players to be exposed to staff coaches By beginning of 2016 invite all coaches for a kick-off coaches educa?on Coaches manual /Camps/ clinics /Trainings/ Need to review Kick-off
