Registra(on materials can also be picked up aver August 1 in Athle(c Office. Register and pay the sports par(cipa(on fee: Registra(on and payment made via Fee Pay. Have proper gear: Shorts, T-shirts, running shoes, football shoes (black) Be ready for August 14 first prac(ce: Black shoes, shorts, t-shirts (workout clothing) Be ready for August 9 equipment handout: $300 deposit check will be collected (will NOT be cashed)

5 Terms to know 2. Teambuildr - This is our online physical development program. Our workouts are posted online and players simply execute the workouts and record their data on a device.
