1 CREWKERNE RANGERS FC WELCOME YOU TO HENHAYES 17/18 Programme Issue 10 vs RESERVES vs NETHERBURY RESERVES Saturday 9 December, 2:00pm Kick Off PERRY STREET & DISTRICT LEAGUE, DIVISION 3 PROUDLY SPONSORED BY Charter Standard Adult and Youth Club
2 CRFC MATCH REPORTS Firsts vs South Petherton Reserves Saturday 2 December FT: 4-0 By Josh Lovatt, Manager We won 4-0 on Saturday with goals coming from Tom Willis, Wes Gullin and Simon Denslow (2). Very polished performance from our lads and the back four were excellent. I'm not sure how Pethy are down there in the league as they are a real decent outfit, which makes the win all the more pleasing Reserves vs Chard Utd All Stars Saturday 2 December FT: 1-2 By Scott Isaacs, Manager We lost 2-1 at home to Chard United All Stars in the first round of the John Fowler cup. We went one up through Tom Broome but we couldn't get a second with all of the possession. So 1-0 Half time. Then second have they scored against the run of play but the we lost our heads and conceded another shortly after. Another one to forget for us today. Colts vs Wyndham Athletic Saturday 2 December FT: 3-0 Goal scorers: Lee Holt, Ryan Sansom, Ashley Thorne Ladies vs Combe Sunday 3rd December FT: 1-6 By Millie Wiltshire, Manager So as we all knew it was going to be tough today but I think everyone played awesome! Well done Sadie Cox on your goal and well done Emily Jane Williams on well deserved lady of the match!! Well done team I am extremely proud of you all!!!

5 THE OPPOSITION: Netherbury Reserves Netherbury Reserves reformed this season and currently sit 7th in the Perry Street Division 3 table. Last week they pulled off a very impressive 1-1 draw with Donyatt United who have been in excellent form this season - proving that it will once again be a tough match for Rangers at Henhayes today. Rangers Reserves faced Netherbury s second string twice during the 2015/16 season. The first meeting ended in a victory for the Ambers, the second was a 2-2 draw at Wadham School - both Rangers goals that day coming from Tommy Martin. It s been a difficult time of late for the Rangers Reserves side, losing 5 of their last 6 matches - including a 2-1 defeat to Chard United All Stars last weekend in the John Fowler Cup. We welcome the Netherbury Reserves players and coaches to Henhayes today hoping for an entertaining encounter. We raised a total of on the night which will be split between the club and this year s nominated charity, The Lily Foundation. BINGO! The night itself comprised of 10 games of bingo with prizes for those to get the first line and full house. There was also a final flyer game. There was also a chance to win your Christmas tree on a scratch card game! The winner of the 7ft non drop Nordman Fir, kindly donated by Yarcombe Woodland Products, was none other than our very own Scott Isaacs!
