WISLER MAKES RELIEF APPEARANCE: RHP Matt Wisler made his second career relief outing on Sunday at MIA (also, 9/6/15 at WSH) and recorded a perfect 10th inning to earn his first career save. Due to Wisler s relief appearance in Sunday s game, the Braves have altered their rotation for this series and Wisler will now start the series finale on Thursday afternoon (instead of tonight). STREAK SNAPPED: On Friday the Braves posted their first victory of the season with a 6-3 comefrom-behind win over the Marlins...Atlanta avoided matching the worst start in the franchise s history (since 1876): 0-10 to start the 1988 campaign...the Braves went on to post a weekend sweep of the Marlins and enter tonight s contest with the longest active winning streak in the National League. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, 16 teams in Major League history (including this year s Braves and Twins) opened a season with a record of 0-9 or worse...the Braves and Twins are the first to win three straight games immediately after such a start.
