Good luck at the Illinois State Fair! Thank you to all the volunteers!! 4-H Club Fiscal Paperwork All 4-H Clubs without an EIN complete the Indication of Financial Activity Statement. All 4-H Clubs with an EIN complete the club s fiscal review and submit the (2-page) 4-H Club Annual Financial Statement to the Extension office in the following ways: separate 2-page financial statement included with the Treasurer Record Book Make certain bank statements, cancelled checks, copies of bills paid, deposit slips, proper signatories and receipts for cash are all reviewed. All paperwork must be submitted to the office by October 1st! Livestock Records All livestock exhibitors must turn in their completed livestock records to the office by September 14!
