Brian Lee, from Natrona Heights, is an accomplished professional DJ and Certified Dance Instructor who began dancing in high school, attended many dances with his parents, was a dance instructor for both Arthur Murray and Continental Dance Studios, owned his own private dance studio in Tarentum and opened Ballroom Connection dance studio in Verona. He has competed in ballroom dance (Pro-Am) performing exhibition dances with his students. For only $10, join him for a group dance lesson at 7:30 and social dancing until 11pm on Thursday evenings at Wightman School, Squirrel Hill (no partner needed). He teaches Swing, Waltz, Fox Trot, Cha-cha, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Rhumba, West Coast Swing, Viennese Waltz, Nightclub two step, Quickstep, Country Dancing, Line-dancing, Polka and other Ballroom dances (American-Smooth/Rhythm, International-Standard/Latin). He even does special wedding packages that includes dance lessons for the bridal party complete with photography/videography. See his business info on next page. Dr. Nancy Tonecha-King, Ed.D. grew up in the Valley Inn area, Monongahela. She always had a passion for dancing. Nancy learned how to waltz at age 6 from her Uncle Scotty (Clifton) Bewick and her mother, Cel Tonecha (Sala) and her Uncle Stanley Sala taught her how to Polka dance. As a child, Nancy belonged to the PNA club in Monessen and performed Polish songs and dances. She has had several dance instructors including Brian Lee. Her advice is, Learn how to dance! It s the best form of exercise without feeling like an actual workout. You will have a blast dancing to lose weight, getting healthy and fit all at the same time. Tango Dance Exhibition by Dr. Ho and wife Tayan Ho Dr. Ho and his wife, Tayan are from Monroeville. They have 3 sons. Dr. Ho, a family physician, has been dancing for over 15 years. His wife, Tayan has been dancing for over 20 years. Tayan has competed in the Silver level all over the country. In 2015, they danced at the Celebrities of Greater Greensburg charity fundraiser dinner/dance event.
