As you are well aware my wife and I hired a finn called Tile to re-grout our new kitchen and bathroom floors.'unfortunately they greatly damaged our new house while grouting the kitchen floor by allowing the dust fiom the grout to spread allover the boose. One ofthe owners by the name of failed to properly use a vacuum while removing the old grout which caused grout dust to spread and cover most ofthe house appliances and furniture. At the time ofthis disaster it actualjy looked as if it snowed inside the house. Although - _ t s.pent ov~ five hours cleaning the house it still remained covered with dust on top and insidebii my cabinets behind and inside all my new appliances as well as on all the walls and in short all over the house. Upon your coming to view the damage you immediately promised to have- all the damage repaired. Within 24 hours you had a cleaning company by the name of Oscar Smith Company come to my house to clean it. To say they did a great job would be a great understatement For two full days two oftheir employees cleaned dusted scrubbed and did everything necessary to make my house look new again. In fact ifyou recall I was positive my kitchen and living rooms d have to be-re-painted but when this cleaning crew bad completed their job I am pleased to say the rooms looked as ifthey were just painted David I can't thank you enough for recommending and sending Oscar Smith Company to our house and ask that you thank them for a job very well done. May I also suggest that you ask Insurance Company to place this finn on your hot list so that others will also use them in case ofan emergency such as ours. Also please tell Oscar Smith Company they have our permission to give any tentative customers my name address and phone number so we can teu their oostomers how pleased we are. ratso-wantyou-toknow how greatiy-pleased-we:arewith-ilie-sefviee youpersodally- supplied us. Not only did you send the above mentioned cleaning fum to our house but you allowed us to replace all our damaged appliances at your companies expense. I would recommend you company to anyone the best workers I have ever seen. They are so neat and mannerly. You should be very proud to have them work for you I would let them clean and pa nt and even stay there when I not home that's how much I trust them. And Mike the man who came to inspected my house before they came in Is also welcome in my house anytime Mike is a very well representative for your company and known's his stuff. I have an old friend who lives in my neighborhood who might have the same problem with his fireplace I gave him you card and I hope that his insurance can use your company.
