1 Tooradin Dalmore Junior Football Club 2015 Sponsorship Brief The Tooradin Dalmore Football Club An Introduction Located on the South Gippsland Highway in Tooradin, we are well located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Victoria. Tooradin is a common stopping point for visitors travelling to Gippsland and Phillip Island and our football ground and clubrooms is seen by over five million vehicles which pass through every year. The Junior Football club currently has seven teams from Under 8 s to Youth Girls in the South East Juniors league. The club encourages members to improve and develop their skills, to work together as a team, become leaders not only within their playing careers but in the wider community and we strive to motivate and support their development within their team and club environment. Please feel free to contact the President or the Sponsorship coordinator to discuss potential sponsorship opportunities. Mission Statement To actively obtain sponsorship to support the club in promoting football through the development of players, coaches and officials. As all donations are so important to the club anonymous donations are also welcomed and appreciated.

2 Our Commitment To promote and support sponsors in our community through increased awareness offering tailored and flexible packages that reach our members, their extended families and wider football community. Sponsorship funds will be used to assist with costs associated with promoting the continued development and education of our players, coaching staff and other officials. The Tooradin Junior Football Committee will keep sponsors informed and develop personal relationships with regular meetings. Conditions Sponsorships will only be encouraged from organisations, companies or individuals that contribute to a positive public image and are associated with products or services which are appropriate for our club membership. Arrangements with sponsors must not unduly restrict the club's overall ability to purchase goods or services. Sponsorships will be subject to availability with a first in policy and subject to prioritising existing sponsors. All arrangements are to be reviewed annually. All sponsorship must be approved by the Tooradin Dalmore Junior Football Committee. Sponsorship payments are to be made by cheque or direct deposit to the Junior Bank account. The club reserves the right to refuse sponsorship and refund such monies without detriment to the club.

3 Sponsorship Packages We would be delighted to discuss tailoring a sponsorship package to meet the needs of our sponsors and are offered to existing club sponsors first. PLATINUM - (Naming Rights One Only) - Already taken This package is geared towards the naming rights sponsor and offers the premier visibility on the rear of the jersey. This package is negotiable. Sponsors name on the back of all junior club playing jerseys, Sponsors name & business promoted at home ground (sign), via newsletters, TDJFC functions and public events, Complimentary invitation to clubs presentation day/evening, Two complimentary club hoodies Sponsorship investment: $3,500 per year for at least 2 years GOLD Level 2 (One sponsor only) Already taken This package is geared towards supporting all teams within the club and offers the front of all game day shorts. Sponsors name on the front of all junior game day shorts, Sponsors name & business promoted at home ground (sign), via newsletters, TDJFC functions and public events, home page Complimentary invitation to clubs presentation day/evening Sponsorship investment: $1,500 per year for at least 2 years

4 SILVER - Level 3 (Two sponsors only) This package is geared towards supporting all teams within the club and offers the rear of the training tops. Sponsorship name and business promoted at home ground (sign), via newsletters, TDJFC functions and public events, home page Complimentary invitation to clubs presentation day/evening Complimentary certificate of appreciation. Sponsorship investment: $1,000 per year for at least 2 years BRONZE Level 4 (Two only) This package is geared towards supporting all teams within the club and offers the sleeves of club polo s. Sponsorship will include; Sponsors name on the sleeve of the junior club polo, Invitation to display signage at home games, Complimentary certificate of appreciation. Sponsorship investment: $750 per year for at least 2 years

5 Customized Supporter Package This package is geared towards allowing sponsors to support the general activities of the club and who may or may not request formal recognition. We welcome all sponsorships ranging from $150, $300, $550 to $700 Sponsorship will include; Sponsors name & business promoted via newsletters, TDJFC functions and public events. Complimentary passes to senior grade home matches Other arrangement as agreed with TDJFC Committee.
