2 The Australian Organics Recycling Association Limited The Australian Organics Recycling Association Limited (AORA) works on behalf of its members to raise awareness of the benefits of recycling organic resources. It aims to act as an advocate for the wider organics resource recovery and beneficial reuse industries and to represent their views in a constructive dialogue with policy makers. The Association envisages an industry in which best practice is shared, standards are maintained and surpassed, and which makes a positive contribution to safeguarding the environment. Our vision optimises the recycling and beneficial reuse of all surplus organics material. Mission AORA works with stakeholders to facilitate the conditions through which surplus organic material can be sustainable and cost effectively recycled for beneficial reuse. AORA operates two websites and social media platforms which can be found at; serves the membership of the association and which provides our public face through dissemination of information about the benefits of recycled organics. 6 AORA National Sponsorship Cost and Term of Sponsorship Platinum Plus Sponsorship $33, 000/annum Platinum Sponsorship: $22,000.00/annum Gold Sponsorship: $11,000.00/annum Silver Sponsorship: $5,500.00/annum Benefits Include: Logo featured on AORA Limited (AORA) Web site with links to the organisation s web page. Logo on printed event and handout materials generated by AORA recognising sponsors. Sponsoring organisation to provide logos in suitable electronic format for highest resolution. Acknowledgement of the sponsorship at events arranged by AORA. Opportunities for short presentations by the sponsor at events arranged by AORA. These presentation to be at the discretion of the event organiser and the sponsor, and presented in a format consistent with the nature and format of the event. The sponsor(s) may display banners, posters and/or flyers at the venues during AORA events. The sponsor will be responsible to provide these materials to the venue and ensure they are erected prior to the event and removed promptly on completion. Complimentary attendance at AORA national events, including catering. Number of complimentary attendees dependent on level of sponsorship as set out below. Special Conditions for specific sponsorships: For more detail refer to table on page 3. In addition to National Sponsors AORA may invite specific sponsors to be involved in and/or sponsor business related events/activities at a State event or to become a State Sponsor. Event sponsorship or support may be entered into on a case by case basis as deemed fit by the event committee and agreed by at least one director and the State Chair or two directors. Sponsors must be members of AORA. As members of AORA sponsors will also have the right to use the members logo in their own promotional material Sponsorship term will be from July June each year and renewed by mutual agreement AORA reserves the right to alter these rules without notice.
